A: We ship to the United States & Canada. Shipping subscription products in the United States is free & shipping subscription products to Canada are paid by the subscriber.
A: In the Monthly Beauty & Lifestyle Box as well as the 2x Monthly Beauty & Lifestyle Box the items are a combination of both sample/travel sized and full sized. In our Quarterly Monthly Beauty & Lifestyle Box all the items are full sized.
A: Each box has a different value, we strive to hit at least twice the cost of the box.
A: One time items are calculated by weight for the US & Canada. Shipping subscription products in the United States is free & shipping subscription products to Canada are paid by the subscriber.
A: Billing is the first of the month.
A: In all of our boxes there are 4-10 items, except the 2x Monthly Beauty & Lifestyle Box which comes with 8-20 items. We look to fill a box with great products but don’t want you to feel jilted, boxes with luxury brands may have fewer items then boxes with drug store or newer lesser known brands.
A: Our previous cutoff date for that month’s box is 10 days before the end of the month (if you signed up prior to June 2017 you will fall under this time frame), as of June 2017 our cutoff date for the month is 15 days before the end of the month, if you signed up on the 23rd of a month with 30 days, you will receive the following month’s box and will not be billed at the beginning of the month with the recurring billing. Your next billing will fall on the beginning of the following month and thereon till you cancel. (Example: You sign up April 23rd, you will receive a May box and will not be billed again till the beginning of June for June’s box.)
A: We hate to see you go but understand that right now you need a break. You can log into your account and cancel your subscription whenever you feel like it, you can also skip months and restart your subscription the same way.

A: You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to our wait list, when a subscription opens up, we will email you in the order your were added to the wait list.
A: It happens to the best of us. You can log in and skip a month, however if you have already been billed email us at email@example.com, as long as your box hasn’t shipped, we will refund you and you can continue your subscription as if nothing had happened.
