You can completely customize your coffee adventure! Choose your favorite blend and tell us how often you’d like to receive it OR become an explorer and discover a new specialty blend of coffee from a surprise location every month.
– Am I stuck once I start?
We’ll never make you feel stuck… You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime. Or change how much or how often you receive shipments by logging into your account. We know sometimes things change. We’re always here for you if you have any questions.
– Can I send this as a gift?

– What is your refund policy?
We only offer refunds in the event you cancel your coffee subscription prior to shipment upon renewal. We do not offer refunds once your coffee has shipped. If your subscription has renewed, you must contact us prior to shipment to qualify for a refund. Please keep in mind we will ship your coffee within one business day of the time your coffee subscription has renewed.
– What is your freshness guarantee?
We guarantee everything we roast. If you’re not satisfied with the quality or taste of your coffee, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
