And since we believe it is truly better to give than to receive, BuddhiBox is committed to supporting non-profits. Each month we will pick a charity and donate proceeds from the sale of the boxes to them.

What kind of items are included in a BuddhiBox?
We offer a wide variety of product that are meant to enhance your yoga practice and lifestyle. So each month you will receive items that enrich mind, body, and soul. Inclusive of healthy food, supplements, beauty products, and yoga accessories. Please note ALL subscriptions auto-renew unless otherwise noted.
Where do you find product to put in the box?
We curate the assortment of products with key elements in mind. It is important that our vendor partners support sustainable, eco-friendly, and humane practices. These are the basis for soulful, mindful, yogic living.
When will I receive my first box?
All Boxes are shipped on the 10th of each month. When the 10th falls on a weekend, we will ship the Monday after the 10th. Transit times depend on the zip code. US transit days are generally 5-7 days. Canada and Australia shipping can take up to 14 days.
We stop shipping for the the month on the 25th. So is you order a box on the 25th you will receive the box from that month (unless we sell out, then your box will ship the following month on the 10th.) If you order a box on the 26th your box will ship the following month on the 10th.

When will I be billed?
All monthly active subscriptions are billed at time of sign up and will auto-renew on the same day each month. BuddhiBox ships between the 10th-15th of every month.
Cancel prior to day of sign up to deactivate subscription. Just log in to your account under account summary section.

How do I update my billing?

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway Stripe. At this time we do not accept PayPal.

When does my subscription box ship?

Orders must be received by the 8th to ship the 10th. Orders received after the 8th will ship within 5 business days unless we sell through boxes. If this is the case your box will ship the following month.

BuddhiBox Yoga box ships via FedEx.
Jewelry BuddhiBoxes, and BuddhiBox Essential Oil box (BBEO) via USPS mail.
Will I be notified when my box ships?
We will send you a tracking number once your order departs. Please make sure your email address on file is valid. If you do not receive tracking notification, please check SPAM.
Where does BuddhiBox ship?
For subscriptions, the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Australia, and Canada.
For web store orders, we ship to 30 countries worldwide.
Are there shipping fees?
Subscription boxes have a shipping rate of $5.00 in the US and $12.99 to Canada and Australia. Store orders are $5.99 in the US and shipment costs vary Internationally.
How do I update my subscription?
Log into your account and go into subscription details. You can modify your preferences inclusive of subscription frequency and credit card information. To update shipping information please contact email@example.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We would be sad to see you go. Let us know what I can do to keep your happy mail coming. You can also pause your subscription for up to 3 months by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can cancel your subscription by using the link located at the top right of your screen when you log into your account. If you have any issues, please contact email@example.com.
