What is Candy Club?
Candy Club is the Premiere Candy of the Month Club. We’re bringing the candy store to your door. We take pride in offering our members an amazing variety of delicious and differentiated candies, specially selected by our team of candy experts for our members’ enjoyment, discovery and surprise. We select the most popular, best-loved candies from all over the globe and discover other hidden gems to bring you a splash of fun and deliciousness. We focus on offering premier candies in hopes of providing our members new and delightful sweets that they may not have previously experienced. Our goal is to deliver a box of happiness to your door all year round.
What Candy Club Subscriptions do you offer and how do they work?
We offer our members a choice of a Monthly, 6 month, or 12 month subscriptions (12 month is the best value). We also offer a 6 month and a 12 month prepaid subscription, where you pay ahead for the specified time frames. We also offer gift memberships! The terms available for our gift memberships are 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, paid in advance or monthly. When you purchase Candy Club for yourself, it will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period and will pull from your selected account monthly. If you choose a prepaid subscription, your membership will automatically convert into a monthly subscription at the end of the term for which you have paid. If you purchase Candy Club as a gift for someone, it will not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.
I just signed-up for a Candy Club subscription. What will I receive?
Your monthly shipment will include a carefully selected assortment of fresh, premium candy from nostalgic favorites to popular new treats (up to 3 pounds) in signature containers, plus a splash of individually wrapped candies throughout the box. You can look forward to a mix of candies including chocolate, gummies, licorice, jelly beans – because we like all kinds of candy and taste adventure!
Is Candy Club available outside the US?
Candy Club is only available in the contiguous United States. (We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories, nor any international locations) Please note: A $8.99 shipping charge is associated with all monthly shipments.
How do I access my account?
When you purchase a Candy Club subscription, you will be prompted to setup an account using your email address during the check out process. You may go online at any time after becoming a member to access your account, by logging in with your email address and password. Once logged in, you’ll be taken directly to the Account & Orders section, and you will be able to edit your personal information. If you do not see this information or you do not have an account, please chat with us during business hours from www.candyclub.com, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be happy to help you.
If I have a gift subscription, what happens when I receive my last month?
If you received Candy Club as a gift, your subscription will terminate after you receive your last box. After your last box, we invite you to subscribe to Candy Club by going to www.candyclub.com and becoming a new subscriber.
What is your cancellation policy?
Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time, with no cancellation fees. Simply contact us via chat at www.candyclub.com, or by email at email@example.com. You must cancel your membership at least 2 days prior to your next billing date, to be sure the cancellation occurs before your next box is processed. We are unable to provide refunds and/or stop shipments once the order has shipped. We are unable to accept returns as it is an edible product. If your box has already shipped and you refuse the shipment, you will still be responsible for the charges associated with that shipment.
What is included in Candy Club’s satisfaction guarantee or your money back promise on the website?
Candy Club wants you to be happy with your candy. If for any reason you aren’t, let us know. Chat with our customer service time from www.candyclub.com, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and they can refund you for the full cost of your last shipment (candy and shipping).

When will my monthly box ship?
For all orders, including gift orders, your box will ship within 1-3 business days after you place your order or select your candies for your box. Please allow 3-5 business days for transit time after shipment. We currently do not offer future shipment dates.
