When does my box ship?
If your box is a one time gift, it will ship within 2-4 business days. If your box is on our subscription plan, your first box will ship around the 4th of the following month. For example, if you order on September 15th, your box will ship around the 4th of October. Please remember to correctly enter YOUR billing address but THEIR mailing address of the college girl you are sending the box to.
When does my subscription renew?
Your subscription will automatically renew on the 12th of each month. If you need to pause your subscription, you can easily do so by logging into your account and adjusting your subscription. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to support@collegegirlcherished.com and we will be happy to help.
What if I need to skip a month or put my subscription on hold?
We understand that on occasion circumstances might arise that require you to skip or pause your subscription. If you need to do this simply email us at support@collegegirlcherished.com and we can assist you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know that College Girl Cherished might not be for everyone and that is okay! If you are not completely satisfied with College Girl Cherished, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.
In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the 12th of each month. Email support@collegegirlcherished.com for help or log in to your account and click on cancel. If your membership has already been renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request a refund by the 25th of the month to be eligible for a refund.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE 25TH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT.
SORRY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON PRE-PAID MULTI-MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS OR BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS A SURPRISE BOX SO THAT’S A RISK YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE. Please make sure you
cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you. Thank you for understanding.
Is there a contract?
No way my friend! You can subscribe month-to-month (cancel anytime) or you can save $28 if you pre-pay for 3 months at a time. If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the 12th of each month. You will get a reminder email in advance in case you need to make a last-minute change to your address, billing information, or skip a month. I have a family with college kids too and I get it that finances can be a roller coaster sometimes. So, don’t worry or feel guilty if you need to skip a month or cancel! We’ll welcome you back when you are able to rejoin.
