HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
DateBox Club is a monthly subscription. The cost varies depending on the length of your subscription; monthly is more but if you buy 3, 6, or 12 months its less. Prices are anywhere from $33 to $40 a month and includes FREE SHIPPING. Your subscription will start with the first shipment, and continue monthly. It’s super easy to cancel any time.

WHEN DO THE DATEBOXES SHIP?
Our Date Boxes ship weekly from Ohio. Depending on where you’re located, they should reach you in about a week. Subscriptions placed after the 1st of the month may be shipped the following month’s DateBox, depending on inventory.

WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
Everything you need for a great date. We spend many hours creating and testing our date boxes to make sure they are top notch. You won’t receive a bunch of random items that you need to make into a date. We include the instructions for a complete activity, and all the elements to execute it perfectly. Our dates are themed to get the most out of the evening. We’ve shipped over 50,000 DateBoxes, so we know what we’re doing!

Our DateBoxes are NOT themed around sex & romance. They are designed to help couples do something new & fun together. We may include a DIY project, or a game depending on the theme. It’s fun & engaging – and sometimes designed to push your boundaries a little bit. You might find yourself learning about a new food, or wielding a paint brush together. Our guarantee is that you’ll do something fun together – and you’ll have a shared experience that will grow your relationship. We can’t cater to specific food allergies (like dairy or gluten free) but in the future we hope to add this to our profile questions.

WHO ARE THESE DATES DESIGNED FOR?
Anyone in a committed relationship will enjoy our boxes. They’re not age specific, and don’t require athletic capabilities. Our couples include:

CAN I CANCEL ANY TIME?
Of course! You can pause or cancel any time by managing your subscription preferences in our customer portal. Or by sending an email to us at: info@dateboxclub.com. Please include your name and address. Our billing & shipping cycle is on the 1st of the month. So if you cancel before the end of the month, you won’t receive our next box. We will be sad to see you go, and hope you’ll come back. Sorry, there are no refunds or exchanges.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE DATE BOX?
Every box is different, and you will have favorites. If there is one in particular that you didn’t enjoy, please send us your feedback. We are listening on Facebook and Instagram.
