Over the course of a year, with six boxes, you can completely transform your home with globally inspired decor.

What is the style of the box?
The style of the box includes a variety of natural materials and elegant design elements. Each box typically contains items like sculptural candles, brass decorative pieces, marble and stone elements, storage boxes, baskets, picture frames, and books. We focus on timeless, versatile pieces that can seamlessly fit into any decor style, from minimalist to vibrant.

Will I have help to style what’s in the box?
Yes, absolutely. Every box comes with video style guides and live Q&A sessions. We provide lots of how-to videos on mixing and matching the items, ensuring you can style your space beautifully. Our goal is to help you use these quality pieces in a way that lasts and fits into your home for years to come.

Why do I need a membership?
Membership allows you to fully experience Decor Passport. With six boxes a year, you get the complete design journey, and you save more compared to purchasing boxes individually. We offer various membership plans, and as a member, you receive exclusive perks and the opportunity to refer friends for additional rewards.

Can I pick what goes in the box?
No, you can’t pick specific items for your box. However, you can send us inspiration and suggestions from your travels, and we will try to incorporate similar items in future boxes. Each box is a carefully curated surprise, filled with the best and most beautiful items that fit the overall theme.

When is box shipping?
Boxes are shipped every two months in February, April, June, August, October, and December. We coordinate all billing and shipping details, so you can look forward to receiving your box like a special gift throughout the year.

Do you support fair trade?
Yes, we strive to source items from businesses and groups that support local artisans and pay them fair wages. Our mission is to support global and local communities, and we encourage you to reuse our packaging to give back to your community as well.

Are you eco-friendly?
Yes, our boxes and packaging materials are eco-friendly and recyclable. We encourage you to reuse our boxes by filling them with gently used items from your home and donating them to local communities, promoting a cycle of giving and sustainability.

What are the referral perks?
When you refer a friend who subscribes to Decor Passport, they will mention your name during checkout. You will then receive additional free items in your next box as a thank you for spreading the word. We appreciate our community’s support and reward those who help us grow.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet, but we plan to expand globally in the future. As our business grows, we’ll explore options for international shipping and coordinate details like VAT to ensure a smooth process for our global customers.

How much does box shipping cost?
It’s FREE!

Can I take a break or skip a Decor Passport box?
Yes! You can pause or skip one box per calendar year without affecting your 12-month subscription. More than two skips/pauses in a year will switch you to the 2-month plan, with pricing changes accordingly. Just let us know by the 10th of the month before the next billing date. For the every-other-month subscriptions, you can cancel or pause anytime before the next billing date on the 10th of the designated months.

What if I don’t like the items? Can I get a refund?
No problem! Apologies, we can’t offer refunds on decor items. Share with pals, fam, or even frenemies. Or donate to a good cause!

Can I send Decor Passport as a gift?
Absolutely! It’s ideal for new homes, rentals, or any occasion. Order a gift, update the mailing address, and you’re done!
