What’s inside the box?

L’Atelier Emma & Chloé launches a new collection every month and offers you to discover through the Box one of its exclusive pieces at a very special price ($35 for a piece worth between $50 and $120).

Each design featured in the Box is either made of brass or stainless steal and plated with fine gold (750/1000) or rhodium silver. You will be able to choose and change your preference during the entire length of your subscription. Every month, you will be receiving a surprise piece in a beautiful box that includes a case, a pouch, and a magazine with our tips & favorites.

Being a subscriber also gives perks on our site all year round. You will receive an email every month with your member benefits.

What different types of memberships do you offer?

If you want to subscribe to the L’Atelier Emma&Chloé box, you can pick the membership that suits you best:

  • The monthly plan, $35/month
  • The annual plan, $30/month for 12 months
  • Gift cards from 1 month to 1 year membership
  • All memberships will auto renew automatically for the same period at the end of the subscription plan, unless cancelled before the 8th following the last month on your plan.

You can subscribe to the L’Atelier Emma&Chloé box from the “Subscription” page. Simply select the type of membership. Then, create your account and fill in your preferences.

Can I choose what is in my Box?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose what goes inside in your box. L’Atelier Emma&Chloé has a surprise for you every month.

Every month we do our best to surprise you and we would not want to lose that excited smile on your face when opening your box. You can however choose and change your preferences: gold or silver, pierced or clip earrings.

Can I return/exchange the box pieces I received?

Unfortunately, box pieces are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refunds.

Do I have to pick the size of my jewelry Box pieces?

No need to enter your jewelry sizes, all our pieces are adjustable :

  • Our rings are adjustable from 48 to 56
  • Our bracelets and necklaces have a 5 cm extension chain
  • Our bangles are adjustable from 14 to 17 cm

How can I update my preferences?

You changed your mind? No worries, you can easily update your preferences from your account by clicking on “My Account/Subscriptions/Update preferences”.

What do I receive when I select the « non-pierced ears » option?

During your membership, it is possible that you receive a pair of earrings.

You don’t have pierced earrings? No worries! If you have selected the « non-pierced ears » option, you will receive the clip-on version of the earrings.

We always pay attention when designing the piece so that the clip is invisible and that often creates good surprises!

Can I pick the color of the jewelry I will receive in my Box?

You have the option to choose the color of the pieces you will receive when subscribing to the subscription: Golden, Silver or if you don’t want to make your mind now by opting for the Surprise. If you choose the “Surprise me” option, you will randomly receive gold and / or silver jewelry.

How much is a membership?

The price of your membership depends on its length. The longer you stay, the more you save!

  • The monthly membership is $35 per month (shipping included) and will auto renew at the end of the subscription plan.
  • The annual membership is $30 per month (shipping included) for 12 months, and will auto renew at the end of the subscription plan.

Can I change my subscription type during subscription?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the type of subscription during the subscription. You can, however, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to a new subscription by making sure that the last box of your current subscription has been delivered so it doesn’t create a duplicate!

Will my membership auto-renew?

All memberships will auto renew automatically for the same period at the end of the subscription plan, unless cancelled before the 8th following the last month on your plan.

Do I have to re-subscribe every month?

All our memberships are auto-renewing, therefore your subscription will auto renew automatically at the end of the subscription plan. There is no need for you to re-subscribe at the end of the period.

Why did my payment fail?

Rest assured, it is possible that the issuing bank declines a transaction if the name, the expiration date or the billing address on your account does not match the information they have in file. We suggest that you double check all these information on your account.

You will be able to address the situation and update your information directly from your account, by clicking on My Account / Payment method.

Note that if your information has not been updated by the end of the month, your subscription will be suspended.

When will I be charged?

All our subscriptions are auto renewing, you will be charged on the 8th of the month. Example: If you subscribed to a 3-month plan, you will be charged on August 8th for your August, September and October boxes.

What are the available shipping methods?

US, Canada: 1 shipping method available:

  • Standard: 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 1 shipping method available
  • Express : 2-5 business days

When will I receive my box every month?

You will receive your first L’Atelier Emma&Chloé Box within 5-15 business days after the order is placed.

How can I track my box?

You will receive an automatic email with the tracking number once your box has been shipped from our Atelier.

How can I edit my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address directly from your account, by clicking on My Account / Subscriptions. Please note that if your shipping address is updated after the 8th of the month (or after your order is placed), we will be unable to change your delivery address for this month’s box. This new address will be taken into account for the following month. 

If you encounter any issue with updated your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service.

I received an empty box, what can I do?

We take great care when packing all of our boxes before they are shipped. However, an omission can happen and we truly apologize for the inconvenience.

If so, please contact our Customer Service. We will make sure to find a solution as soon as possible.

I haven’t received my box, what can I do?

If you have placed a Box order more than 15 business days ago and still haven’t received your tracking number by email, please contact our Customer Service. We will make sure to find a solution as soon as possible.

The email may have slipped into your Spam folder, make sure to check if your tracking isn’t there before contacting us.

What are my member benefits?

Being a member of L’Atelier Emma&Chloé Box community gives you access to exclusive member benefits through the year. You will receive an email every month with unique discount codes valid on our eshop and gift cards. 

Make sure you subscribed to our newsletter to make sure you receive your member perks.

How do I unsubscribe?

Nothing’s easier! Simply log into your account, click on “Subscriptions” and finally on cancel. If cancelled before the 8th of the last month of your plan, you will not be charged again. Otherwise, your subscription will automatically be renewed for the same period with no refund possible.

Can I purchase previous box pieces?

All jewelry boxes can be purchased on our eshop full price the following month after being shipped to our members.

Except some pieces that are exclusive, so you’ll have to subscribe before the end of the month in order to receive it.
