Subscribe + discover new products that will help you reduce your household waste + create a more sustainable, eco friendly home all while supporting small businesses in your community.
Our products are selected with sustainability + simplicity in mind + are selected to easily integrate into your daily routine. you will receive items including cleaning solutions + kitchen supplies, natural, low tox alternatives + personal care products. your box will arrive at your door every three months in plastic free packaging packed with 5-7 sustainable products created by small North American companies to help you on your journey.
We offer a quarterly or annual billing option.

Why Essentials Eco?
Our boxes are designed for someone who wants to start their sustainability journey + begin introducing safe, clean, eco friendly products into their home + daily routine or for those who have already begun their journey + are looking to try new products or new brands. by supporting essentials eco you are not only supporting our business but the entrepreneurs + small businesses that we work with.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is FREE with your subscription.
How does the subscription work?
Each quarter you will receive a carefully curated box right to your door. Boxes are shipped in March, June, September + December. Once you subscribe you will receive a confirmation email of your subscription along with reminders before you are charged (quarterly or annual options available). You will also receive a shipping notification when your box is shipped.
When can I expect my box?
Boxes ship in early June, September, December + March. Once your box has shipped you will receive a notification with a tracking number (if applicable). Boxes usually arrive within 5-10 business days of shipping however due to COVID some boxes may take up to 2 weeks. If you have not received your box within 2 weeks of your shipment email please contact us at hello@essentialseco.ca.
If you have a quarterly subscription you will be charged every 3 months from the date you sign up (ie: if you register in April you will be charged in July, October + January but boxes will still ship according to the shipment schedule above).
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within Canada however if you are interested in receiving a box outside of Canada please email us at hello@essentialseco.ca.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Subscription purchases are nonrefundable. This includes subscription boxes, shipping, and taxes. If you have received an item that has been damaged during transport, please contact us at hello@essentialseco.ca so that we can get you a replacement item.
You can cancel your subscription at anytime before the shipment dates.
