How do I sign up?
Join greenUP box by visiting greenupbox.com and clicking on Get The Box. From there, click subscribe and complete your account information such as email and password and then complete the shipping form. You will then be directed to complete your billing information and submit. And that’s it! You’re now a greenUP box member! As a reminder, this is a subscription which automatically renews until you cancel through your online account.
How does the subscription work?
When you join greenUP box, you’ll receive a box and be charged once every three months or every year depending on chosen plan. Boxes ship the beginning of every season. After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation of your order and a shipping notice when your box is sent. You’ll also receive reminders before you are charged for upcoming boxes.
Billing and Shipping
When can I expect my box?
Boxes ship every quarter. Subscriptions ship the beginning of March, June, September and December.
Boxes are shipped via USPS priority mail and will take 1-3 days to arrive. When your box is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can check out this month’s box and view schedules by visiting our website.
When will I be billed?
When you sign up for greenUP subscription boxes, your first box will be billed immediately. For following boxes, you’ll be billed every three months or every year depending on chosen plan. Check out your online account for upcoming billing dates once you’ve subscribed.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States and Canada. We hope to expand to more locations in the future. If you’re interested in the box and having it shipped outside of the United States, send us an email at email@example.com
Manage your subscription
How do I manage my subscription?
Visit your account and login with the username and password. You can access your account through the account icon on the homepage or at https://www.greenupbox.com/account/login
. From there, click on Manage Subscription in the left hand menu.
What is the cancellation policy?
There are no cancelation fees and you may cancel your membership at any time through your online account. In order to not be charged for the upcoming box, you must cancel online before the next bill date. If you cancel online after the bill date, the cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. To cancel, you may log in to your greenUP box account from the greenupbox.com
homepage. Once logged in, click on Manage Subscription in the left hand column. Please note that when you cancel a subscription, it does not cancel any paid or pending charges.
Refund and Return Policy
Do you take returns and exchanges?
greenUP box subscription purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. This includes subscription boxes, shipping, and taxes. If you have received an item that has been damaged during the shipping process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
so that we can get you a replacement item that is the same or comparable to the item that was damaged. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
