What are your cleaning standards?
Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us. We have an extensive cleaning process and garment standards that must be met before a garment goes out to another customer. Each garment is cleaned thoroughly and inspected 3 times in our state-of-the-art laundry facility, and every item is hand-packed so that it reaches you in great condition.
How am I billed?
Your credit card will be billed automatically on a monthly basis. The date will be consistent with the day of the month you first become an Haverdash member.
Can I choose what gets sent to me?
What is sent is based on availability. You can prioritize items you love in your virtual Closet, and we will do our best to get those to you as soon as possible. While you may have your heart set on a particular piece, we cannot guarantee it will be available at that time.
How do I see additional details on my items?
From your At-Home section, click the + icon near the item photo to see the name and brand of the item, when the item was shipped and what size it is. From your On-the-Rack section, click the arrow next to the brand name to see the item name, size and when you added it to your Closet.
How do I view removed items?
Click the hanger icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page to access your Closet, and navigate to the On-the-Rack section. Click on the View Removed link on the lower left, below your On-the-Rack items.
Do I get a refund if I cancel midway?
You are permitted to keep the items that are in your possession for the remaining portion of the billed membership period. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits on any Haverdash subscription.
What do I do if I didn’t receive my box?
If you have not received your box within 5 business days, please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will respond between the hours of Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM ET. You can also call us at 866-445-1623. Our regular phone support hours are Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM ET.
I sent back an item that I love. Can I buy it?
You are only able to purchase items that you have in the At-Home section of your Closet. If you would like to purchase an item you have already returned, please re-add it to your Closet and Prioritize it. By doing so, our system will take that item into consideration first before other items in your Closet, however, the items we send to you are based strictly on availability.
How do I increase chances of receiving my favorite garments?
We offer you the option to Prioritize items that you would like to receive next. While we cannot guarantee individual items, if the prioritized items are available at the time of packing your box, we will send those ahead of other items.
Click the hanger icon in the upper right-hand corner and then select “On-The-Rack”. Find the item you wish to Prioritize and click “On” the slider next to Prioritize.
