Can I buy a subscription for someone as a gift?
Of course! The Little Bee Box subscriptions make an AMAZING and GENEROUS baby gift. It’s easy too! Just indicate this on the product page where it says “Is this for you or a gift?” and at checkout by entering the name and the address of your recipient in the shipping address section. For single boxes, you can also do this and a gift notification will be sent to the recipient. You can always also enter a personalized note inside any of your gifted boxes.
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for change of heart or shipping delays outside of our control. We cannot accept returns due to hygienic reasons. However, we appreciate your business and under the following conditions we will consider accepting returns and providing replacement products: if you receive your product in faulty condition or there is substantial damage to items in shipping. To be considered, please email us a high-resolution photo of the damaged or faulty product within 7 days of receiving your box. Additional shipping costs may apply.
