What You Get: Every box contains a collection of accessories designed to compliment each other. In every box you will find a tie, pocket square and socks along with 2/3 other items which change month to month depending on the season.

1. WHAT IS A ME MY SUIT & TIE STYLE BOX?
A Me My Suit & Tie Style Box is a collection of 5-6 accessories designed exclusively by the Me My Suit & Tie Style Team. Every Style Box contains a Tie, Pocket Square and Socks with 2-3 additional accessories designed to finish the look with exquisite detail.
2. WHAT IS A ME MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
A Me My Suit & Tie Subscription Box is always one of the latest Style Boxes designed by Me My Suit & Tie. The Subscription Box is only available to subscribers for the month of its release before being available from the store ( that’s if there are any left ).
3. HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW BOXES?
At Least one new Style Box will be designed and released every month.
4. I JUST SIGNED UP FOR A ME MY SUIT & TIE SUBSCRIPTION. CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC ITEMS OR CHOOSE THE BOX I WANT FOR THAT MONTH?
The Subscription Box is designed to reflect classic, current and future trends by the Me My Suit & Tie Style Team. At this point customisation of Subscription/Style Boxes is not available allowing an element of surprise and mystery whilst helping subscribers to expand their wardrobe.
5. WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS WILL I RECEIVE?
Every Style/Subscription Box will contain a Tie, Pocket Square and socks with an additional 2-3 formal accessories designed to be worn beautifully together or worn separately as a stand alone features. All items are designed by Me My Suit & Tie.
6. WILL I EVER RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT IN THE BOX?
Apart from collar stiffeners (which you can never have too many of) you will never receive the same item more than once.
7. WHEN DOES THE BOX SHIP?
UK deliveries should arrive 3-4 business days after an order has been placed or 8 – 13 days for international shipping. Monthly / Bi-Monthly / Quarterly subscription orders will generally ship within 24 hours after the initial order and will recur monthly.
8. HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
All shipping information can be updated by editing the information you’ve provided in the addresses section of your account.
9. WHEN IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR RECEIVING ONE MONTH’S BOX VERSUS THE NEXT WHEN ORDERING MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Repeat subscriptions are billed on the same date as the original order. In order to cancel before the next months payment is charged, plans should be cancelled or paused before this date.
10. IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE PLAN PRICE?
Uk Shipping is free for all Style Boxes and Subscription Boxes. For international shipments an additional charge of £7 will be added.
11. WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
At this point tracking information is available for most but not all countries. If your delivery does not arrive within the expected shipping time as explained in our delivery section please contact us to follow up and rectify.
12. HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Plans can be paused or cancelled in the My Subscription section of your account. Additionally, plans can be cancelled by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
13. ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION FEES?
Absolutely not. You can cancel or pause your subscription whenever you want.
14. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, debit cards and PayPal as payment for rebillable subscription orders. Unfortunately, weâ€™re not able to accept checks, money orders, gift cards or link routing numbers to your account.
15. WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?
Your account will be charged as soon as your order has been placed. All repeat billings are processed on the same date as the initial payment.
16. HOW DO I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE?
All payment information can be updated by editing the information you’ve provided in the My Payment Methods section of your account.
17. CAN I RETURN ONE PRODUCT FROM MY BOX?
As the Style or Subscription Box has been designed as a total package we are unable to exchange individual items.
18. WHAT IF I RECEIVE SOMETHING BROKEN OR DAMAGED?
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will be more than happy to issue a grovelling apology and provide a replacement
19. DO YOU HAVE GIFT SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS?
Yes, our Plans page lists all of our subscription plans and gift options available.
20. CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE SUBSCRIPTION BOXES IN ONE TRANSACTION?
Yes, although if shipping to multiple addresses you will need to contact us for arrangements to be made.
21. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ON GIFTS SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Unfortunately, as the first Subscription Box will be sent as soon as the Gift Subscription has been ordered we are unable to offer a refund.
22. CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY MONTHLY BOX?
Once an order has been processed and shipped we are unable to offer a refund unless the item/s have arrived faulty.
