All orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Your next recurring billing date will auto reset to the first of the month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please allow 48 hours for cancellation. Our new website is not integrated with the subscription box customers signed up prior to August 2018. Please use the handy links inside your welcome email. If you have lost that email please visit our contact us page and send us a cancellation request. Please note our response times are 48 hours (not including weekends). If you are charged during this time you will still receive that current month’s box. We do not offer refunds on subscription boxes. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. Once your box has been charged there will be no refunds.
My credit card declined, am I cancelled?
No, you are still subscribed. Our system will automatically retry your card daily until your account is closed. Log into your account to update your payment details. If you sign up again, you will be charged twice and receive 2 boxes. We do not offer refunds once boxes have shipped.
An item in my subscription box arrived broken, what can I do?
Oh no! Send us a photo of the broken product and we will ship a replacement in your next months box. Account must be active and in good standing.
