There are two types of TestTube memberships:

- Annual subscription ($149.75/year – a savings of $38.90/one free tube)

How can I give TestTube as a gift?
You can either purchase a 6-month subscription (3 tubes) or a 1-year subscription (6-tubes) by clicking here. Both options are purchased with one upfront payment.

Yes! NewBeauty highlights the latest in beauty innovations, trends and products in every issue. NewBeauty ships separately from TestTube and is delivered to your mailbox quarterly. Your subscription to NewBeauty magazine will terminate upon cancellation of TestTube subscription.
Magazines are released every March, June, August and November. Below are approximate shipping dates.
When will my TestTubes arrive?
Your first tube will ship within 2–3 weeks of your order date, and you can expect to receive a new TestTube every 2 months thereafter.
What is the cost of shipping?
For bi-monthly subscriptions and one-time purchases, there is a flat delivery charge of $8.95 per tube.
For annual subscriptions, there is a flat delivery charge of $44.75 that’s paid upfront.
Shipping Logistics
TestTube currently ships to the continental United States. Tubes are shipped via the US Postal Service. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your Tube is on its way. Delivery does not require a signature.
I’m having problems with my tracking.
Oftentimes the carrier takes 1–2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please email us at testtube@newbeauty.com so we can provide you with an update.
Can I return products from my TestTube if I don’t like them?
We do not accept returns, but if you have any concerns about the quality of a product, please email testtube@newbeauty.com or feel free to give to a family member or friend!
How can I cancel my TestTube subscription?
