OuiPlease is a French luxury subscription box that delivers the best of France to your doorstep every other month. Available in US & CAD only at this time.
Every OuiPlease box will feature a unique selection of full-sized French products. Each volume contains a variation of 10-12 items from our apparel, epicure, beauty, accessories and home decor categories.
Becoming a member is as easy as un, deux, trois! We offer three different membership levels depending on how long you’d like to commit to the subscription.
Salut! Welcome to OuiPlease. Our boxes are shipped out every other month, so you will receive your box the next time we are in a shipping phase. For instance, if we are shipping in January then March, and you sign up in February, the first box you will receive is the March box. We do not stagger shipping, all boxes are sent out within the same week. We ship around the 15th of every other month.

Anyone can purchase items from the OuiShop, you do not need to be a member! To purchase in the OuiShop, create an account, then you can explore, buy, and enjoy lovely French luxury items from our past boxes.
OuiShop items typically ship in 5 business days. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Once shipped from OuiPlease, delivery can take 3-5 days.

If you don’t remember your password, contact support and we can reset it for you. If you’ve tried a few different variations and still can’t get into your account, you’ve probably been locked out! Give it 24 hours to try again, or you can contact us to reset it.

BILLING
For an annual membership, your card will be charged one time. There are no auto-renewals for annual memberships at the end of the year.
For A Month-to-Month membership, you’ll be charged every other month on the same day regardless of shipping delays we might be experiencing.
Log in to your OuiPlease account, go to My Account, then edit the payment information. Voila!
SHIPPING
We are currently shipping within the United States and Canada only.
Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more.
The subscription boxes ship free anywhere in the United States.
If we are shipping your box to Canada, duties, and taxes are included at checkout.
TRACKING
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number directly from OuiPlease.
If you do not receive your tracking number once shipping has begun [which we will specify via social media], please contact support.
We encourage our members to register for My Choice at ups.com under the tracking tab. This is a free service provided by UPS. You will receive alerts any time a package is shipped to you through UPS.
You may also make changes to your delivery through this service.

If you were given a tracking number, don’t forget to contact the shipping service as well.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations are different for each membership. You may cancel your month-to-month membership at any time, free of charge, by logging in to your account and following the cancellation procedures.
Annual memberships are only charged once a year and do not automatically renew, so you do not need to manually cancel if you don’t want to renew. Please visit our terms for more information.
We’re sad to see you go! Log in to your OuiPlease account and select “Cancel Subscription.” Keep in mind that Annual Memberships are only charged once a year so there is no need to cancel. In other words, subscription cancellations are more for Month-to-Month memberships.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of Oui Please boxes, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns, refund, credit, exchange or transfer after the order has been shipped. If you are unhappy with any item in particular, please email support@ouipleasebox.com.
If you received a damaged item, please contact support@ouipleasebox.com within 30 days of shipping and we’ll take care of it for you.
Let’s talk about it! Contact us at support@ouipleasebox.com. We know it’s frustrating, but canceling your subscription online does not automatically get you a refund. For Single Parcel Memberships, Month-to-Month Memberships and Premium Annual Memberships, all sales are final. Please review our terms for more information. We will give refunds on certain orders that have not been shipped, but once the boxes have been shipped you can’t exchange or return items for a refund.
