‘m new to P.volve. Where do I begin?

First, welcome to P.volve and the beginning of your new fitness routine! We know you’re looking to transform your body, feel better and establish a consistent workout plan that fits your life, for life. The good news is, you’re in the right place.

To get started, check out our 8-Day Foundational Series. Here, you’ll learn the basics of our prehab, functional approach to fitness and begin to orient your body to the moves you’ll find in every workout ahead. The 7-Day No Equipment Series is also perfect for understanding fundamental movements, no matter where you are in your P.volve journey.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

iTunes and Apple:

If you purchase an on-demand membership via iTunes or using an Apple device, you must cancel through the app store. To cancel, follow the below steps on your iPhone, iPad or iPod:

  1. Open Settings on your Apple device
  2. Scroll down to iTunes & App Store
  3. Tap on your Apple ID/email address
  4. Tap ‘View Apple ID’, then enter your Touch ID or password
  5. From the Account Settings page, scroll down and tap ‘Subscriptions’
  6. Choose your P.volve subscription
  7. Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’,  then ‘Confirm’ on the Confirm Cancellation window

You will have access to the subscription through the end of your current billing period. If you’ve purchased any workout series as digital downloads, you will still have access to view them in your Workout Library.

Android or Google Play:

If you purchased an on-demand membership using an Android device, or via the Google Play Store, Google requires customers to cancel directly through the Play Store. To cancel, follow the below steps on your Android device:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap ‘Menu’, then ‘Subscriptions’.
  4. Select your P.volve subscription and tap ‘Cancel’.
  5. Follow the instructions to complete.

Cancelations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle. As long as your iTunes or Google Play settings state that your subscription is canceled, it won’t renew and you should not be re-billed.

Web Users:

If you purchased an on-demand membership directly from pvolve.com, follow the step steps to cancel:

On pvolve.com, hover over your name in the top right corner of the page, then select ‘Subscriptions’ in the dropdown.

Click ‘Cancel Subscription’.

You will have access to the subscription through the end of your current billing period. If you’ve purchased any workout series as digital downloads, you will still have access to view them in your Workout Library.

Where is my order?

An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you still need further assistance please contact our P.team at help@pvolve.com or call us at 888-978-3926. Be sure to have your order number handy.

How can I return an item?

General Refunds:

We only accept returns on equipment if it is damaged, defective, or returned in its original, unopened packaging. Any equipment returns that do not meet our policy standards will not be accepted.We do not accept exchanges on equipment.All items must returned within 30 days upon receipt of order.Customers are responsible for all return shipping.

 

For Kits and Sets purchases:

For any purchase of a kit or set, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. That means you can give our equipment a try and if within 30 days you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll issue a full refund – no questions asked.

This refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase date and all equipment must be returned to be eligible.

How to Return:

To start the return process, please email help@pvolve.com or call 888-978-3926 to request the shipping address for the return. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges or cover the return shipping fees.

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the original packaging slip. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Do I need any equipment with the subscription service?

No equipment, no problem. The beauty of P.volve is that you can do every workout with simply your own bodyweight! However, using the equipment will enable you to get the full P.volve experience and achieve optimal results. We recommend starting your P.volve fitness journey with these three must-have tools: the p.ball, light ankle weights and 2 lb hand weights. You can purchase this equipment here.

What US locations are eligible for free shipping on orders over $99?

All states within the continental US are eligible for free shipping on orders over $99. This free shipping offer excludes Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
