When will I receive my Pause and Unwind subscription box?
Your box is targeted to ship on or around the 1st of each month. For example, if the 1st falls on a Sunday or holiday, your box will ship soon after. Once your box is shipped, you can login into your account to view the tracking number! Generally speaking, you should receive your box between 5-7 days from shipment.
What countries do you ship to?
We only ship within the continental U.S. plus Alaska and Hawaii.
How does gifting work?
The person you are gifting a box to will receive a gift message from you will note with your order. They will not receive any information about the order until they receive the gift in the mail. You can login to your account to view tracking information once your gift has shipped.
How often/when will I be billed?
You will be charged on the day of your initial order. Then, you will be re-billed on the 15th AFTER you receive your first box or subscription cycle.
How can I change my credit/debit card or shipping address?
Sign in to your account by clicking “Log In” above. From there you can change the details of your account. If you have any trouble with this step, please email us at [email protected] and we can help.
My box arrived damaged, incomplete, or it didn’t arrive at all. What should I do?
Oh no! We take special care with each of our packages and hope this would not happen but If you run into any issues (so sorry!), please email us at [email protected]
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No returns or exchanges accepted. Because each of products are specially-created or limited quantity, we cannot guarantee replacements. Let us know how we can help you by contacting us at [email protected]
How can I cancel my subscription?
It’s easy to cancel anytime. If you would like to skip a month, sign into your account above, click “Edit” and choose “Skip Next Renewal”. To fully cancel your subscription, please send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll get it processed right away. Please note that canceling your subscription means that you won’t be billed again, but you will still receive any boxes that you’ve already paid for. Subscriptions are billed on the 15th every month.
