CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION
We can’t pause a subscription indefinitely, however we do have the ability to skip a month or two:
- You can skip your next renewal if you just need a quick break! To do this, login to your Pipsticks account and click “Edit” under your subscription on the right hand side of the screen. You’ll see the “Skip Next Renewal” button at the top of the page.
- If you need more than a month break, we can change your renewal date to whatever date you’d like. Just email us at hello@pipsticks.com with the date you’d like your next renewal to be moved to and we’ll get it taken care of for you.
SHIPPING
Shipping varies depending on where you are located:
- US – cost included in your subscription price
- Canada – $2 USD per month
- EU/UK – $3 USD per month
- AUS/NZ – $3 USD per month
- All other – $3 USD per month
PACKAGES
The Pro sticker pack (Adult Pack) is perfect for scrapbookers, snail mailers, planners and sticker lovers from the age of about 10-13 and up.
The Kids sticker pack is totally child-friendly, they can do everything by themselves which means it’s a break for the parents – yay!
The stickers are different between the two packs and are curated specifically to the target kids and adults. You can see prior month’s packs here for a better idea of what is included.
REFUND POLICY
As you know, we’re big on HAPPY around here. Which is why we’ve got a Happiness Guarantee for all of our products – If you don’t like anything you receive send it on back (no hard feelings!)…You have 30 days to return an item. We offer an exchange or refund to the original method of payment (minus the cost of return shipping) on all products if the item is returned unused, in the original packaging.
Please note, special collections and designer collaborations may be subject to a return policy, that may differ from our standard return policy above.
