HOW DOES RACHEL’S SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE WORK?
Rachel offers a unique subscription service that you can pause or cancel at any time. You choose how often you want to receive your boxes – every month, two months or three months – which contains two pairs of high-quality tights made in Italy or Quebec. Delivery is totally free.
Consider it a gift from you to you, delivered directly to your door!
Rachel offers you two options for your selection:
– Let yourself be surprised! Rachel will select your two items carefully, taking into account your style preferences.
– Select items you love yourself! Through your Style Profile, choose your favorite styles.
Rachel will do her best to send them to you based on availability.
To subscribe, go to the Subscription page of our website and click Subscribe. You will be asked to choose how often you want to receive your boxes and your size. Make sure to validate the size that suits you before completing the process. If you have any doubt, write us via the chat at the bottom of your screen.
Click on Subscribe and complete the transaction! You’ll just have to fill out your Style Preferences next.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE TIGHTS THAT WILL BE IN MY BOX?
When setting your style preferences, you can select the tights you want to receive. Rachel can not guarantee the availability of all sizes in stock and we may not be able to send you all selected models. For this reason, it is important to update your preferences regularly, especially when we have new arrivals. You can also visit the e-shop to make sure your choices are available in your size.
CAN I FAST FORWARD MY NEXT BOX?
Do you need tights ASAP and your next box is too far? Just fast forward your next renewal. On the My Account page, under the Subscription tab, click Fast Forward. You will be charged and a box will be prepared within 24 hours. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation. This action will change the date of your next renewal which will then be in 1, 2 or 3 months (depending on the frequency of your subscription). For example, if you have a subscription for every 3 months, and your next box was scheduled for June 25, but you fast-forward it for May 22, your next box will be August 22. Note that you can repeat this action as many times as you like, or even change the frequency of your subscription if you want to receive tights more often!
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Do you want to receive boxes more or less often? No problem! Go to your account, under the Subscription tab to see and edit all the details of your subscription. Under the Frequency line, click on the pen icon and select your new desired frequency from the drop-down menu. The date of your next box will change according to the new frequency.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Pause your subscription at any time with a single click directly on your Account page. Under the Subscription tab, click on the button under the status like and then confirm your action by selecting the reason why you’re pausing your subscription. You can resume at any time!
Attention: This action will not affect a box already renewed, only the next ones. Thus, if you had a renewal on June 30 and you skip a box on July 2, the box renewed on June 30 will not cancel. You will skip the next box.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Your first box will be charged as soon as you subscribe. Subsequent boxes will be billed on the same day of the following month, depending on the frequency of your subscription. Example: If you buy a subscription every 2 months on March 1st, your next box will be billed and prepared on May 1st.
IN CASE OF A FAILED RENEWAL, WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO KEEP MY BOXES COMING?
In case of a failed renewal, you may need to update your billing information. In the My Account page, click the Account tab. In the Billing section, click Edit and enter your new billing information before saving.
Note: The billing system will make another try a few hours after the change, you DON’T have to fast-forward your box or you will be billed twice. If in doubt, write to us at email@example.com.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Your subscription can be canceled at any time. From your My Account page, under the Subscription tab, click Unsubscribe at the bottom of the page. You won’t receive any more boxes from this moment on.
Attention: This action will not affect a box already renewed. If you have a box processing, please send us a message ASAP if you do not wish to receive that box.
