Scentbird is a subscription service for perfumes and colognes. Born out of frustration with the “perfume graveyard” – expensive bottles of designer fragrances collecting dust on your dresser or cabinet – Scentbird was created for the pickiest girl (or boy), allowing you the chance to “date” luxury fragrances before “marrying” them. With Scentbird, you get access to a 30-day supply of over 450 top designer fragrances delivered right to your door for just $16.95/month!

If I change my mind, can I cancel my subscription?
Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your <a “href=”https://www.scentbird.com/profile/orders-status””>account underneath the “Subscription Status” tab. If your subscription is active, our regular billing cycle means your card will be charged on the 5th of the month. When you cancel, you’ll receive an email within 2 hours – please check your Spam folder if you can’t find it. Prepaid subscriptions cannot currently be canceled, but you’re able to opt out of auto-renewal at any time by contacting us. Please note that if you currently have a multi-month subscription, referral credits, or a gift subscription, the option to change frequency is not yet available but we hope to have this feature available soon!
Can I return my Scentbird subscription?
Scentbird subscriptions are nonrefundable and ineligible for returns unless they are not delivered in perfect condition, in which case they are replaceable within 30 days of the original shipping date. To minimize issues, please make sure to review your queue on an ongoing basis to ensure that we ship the fragrances you’d like to receive.
What are my subscription options?
All subscribers begin on a monthly package for $14.95/month. From there, upgrade to our 3-month package ($43.50, savings of $1), 6-month package ($84, savings of $6), or 12-month package ($162, savings of $17). We also offer the option to subscribe on an every-other-month basis. All regular subscriptions are recurring, unless cancelled within the term deadline. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for shipping & handling other than sales tax for orders placed in New York and Georgia.
