Grow With Me Quarterly Box – Carefully curated with eco-friendly, organic and fair-trade baby items, including organic cotton or bamboo clothing, wooden toys, diaper bags, body care, accessories, gear and books. The Grow With Me box guarantees clothing or other wearables in every box, and each box is hand-curated to be unique to your baby. Seriously, these boxes are LOADED with stuff!
Essentials Quarterly Box – The Essentials is a seasonal box focused on getting you exactly what you need for each growth stage. Each quarter you will receive a few of our lovingly curated, practical, eco-friendly products, focused solely on your little one. The Essentials box contains a unique selection of items hand-picked for your child. Items may include organic wipes and body care, diaper bags, accessories, apparel, toys and linens.

What is Stork Post?
Stork Post is an eco-friendly, fair-trade and organic baby subscription box. Except we’re also not your average subscription box. We don’t send the same box twice. Every single box is unique and filled with hand-selected items tailored to you and your child. Think of us as your child’s personal shopper.
Um, why not? We need to leave this world in a better place than we found it. To ensure your child has the best future possible, do your part from day one. We are committed to this philosophy, so we only work with quality brands committed to sustainability and fair-trade practices. From organic cottons to hand woven toys to sustainably harvest wood sensory items, we try our best to make sure we leave the smallest footprint possible. Our shipping boxes are made from recycled material and can be recycled again, plus they use earth-friendly ink.
Can I gift a box or subscription?
You bet. Simply select the gift option when signing up.
How often do you ship?
We ship boxes every three months, on YOUR schedule. No waiting for a cut-off date for all our boxes to ship at once. We have your box sent out within 5-7 business days, and it should arrive a few days after that.
What if my baby grows faster than my box sizing?
You can go into your customer portal at any time to change your options. We will build your box based on what is in your survey each time your box renews. While we do try to contact you to confirm sizing, it is your responsibility to notify us if you wish to change sizes, either within your customer portal, or by email. Also, we always recommend to size up when it comes to baby clothes.
Why don’t you send gendered items?
Stork Post is a firm believer that colour does not link to gender. Babies don’t care what colour they wear, so why should you? Unfortunately, not everyone agrees with us. To keep everyone happy we try to send items greens, yellows, neutrals and any other traditionally unisex colour/pattern.
Fun fact: traditionally, boys used to wear pink and girls wore blue… So it really doesn’t matter what colour your baby wears!
That said, if you reaaaaaaally would like a certain colour, please indicate so in the comments field and we will do our best to accommodate.
I’m an influencer or supplier who would like to work with you. What should I do?
We want to work with you too! Please send all requests to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a brief summary of how your audience or brand would fit with our values (as well as a link to your profile or website).
How much is shipping?
Canadian subscription boxes are few and far between these days, and unfortunately there are limited options for affordable postal services. Stork Post has decided cover all subscription box shipping within Canada. Yes, you read that right. Shipping within Canada is FREE!
Shipping to United States is a flat $10 CAD fee for all subscriptions.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to other countries at this time.
How long will my item take to arrive?
When your order is placed, it takes us 3-5 days to prepare your order, and a further 4-9 days to ship depending on location.
Will I need to pay any customs fees?
As a rule, no. Shipments to the US do not trigger customs/duties due to size and value. If you experience any issue with this, please email us at email@example.com.
Do you take refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot off refunds on subscription boxes. You are able to cancel your subscription at any time up until your re-billing date. To do so, please visit the customer portal, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 14 days of delivery to receive a replacement. Include photos, if applicable.
Please include your proof of purchase in any correspondence with us. Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please be patient, but do let us know if you have concerns.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can, but our friendship was just starting to blossom! Please feel free to reach out to us before cancelling so we can help out in whatever way we can. If you still wish to cancel, you may do so before your anniversary date by using the customer portal.
