Can I cancel my box?
Yes, you can always cancel by logging in your account. Or you can send us an email and we will gladly assist you in the process.
You can skip a shipment or resume anytime!
Can I return my box?
Due to the curation of all our boxes we do not accept returns at this time. If by any chance an item is damage during transit, we’ll gladly replace it. Just send us an email and we’ll take care of it.
Shipping
Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your initial Box. (Usually boxes will be shipped a lot sooner than that) Shipping is Free for the Continental US.
Orders will auto-renew on the 25th of every other month. For example: Amy places an order on March. She will be charged again on the 25th of May until Amy cancels. You can pause or cancel the subscription anytime by logging in your account through our shop under manage subscriptions. We can assist you cancelling as well. Easy peasy!
Please allow 2-10 business days to receive your future consecutive boxes.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes, you can send a book as a gift! We custom make our cards so you can let us know the message and we will present it beautifully on your behalf.
