Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to continental US orders for Yummy Battle Game purchases. You can benefit free shipping for everything else over $50.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates change over time and based on ship-to location. So please see the checkout page for the most accurate rates.

Where is my tracking code?
As soon as shipping your order, we send an email with the tracking code of your delivery. If you cannot locate your tracking code, please let us know at info@turkishmunchies.com

When does my order ship?
We ship your order on the same day from Turkey every weekday. You will receive an email confirming that your order is shipped.

How long does the shipping take?
We always use international express shipping unlike other online sellers. So you will likely to get your packages within few days.

My box arrived damaged!
Unfortunately, some couriers are not careful enough to protect the shipments. However, we take full responsibility for this, please send us a photo of the damaged product at info@turkishmunchies.com. Please see our refund policy for details.

I am looking for a gift. How can I order boxes to ship to different addresses?
Turkish Munchies Boxes are extremely giftable! But you need to place separate orders for each box going to different addresses.

I think my snacks are expired!
Expiration dates are printed on each snack in DAY/MONTH/YEAR format unlike in the US where the opposite format (MONTH/DAY/YEAR) is in use. We would never ever sell you an expired snack. If you believe otherwise, please send us a photo of the snack at info@turkishmunchies.com

What if I get expired Products?
It is almost impossible but if you have somehow received an expired product, we take full responsibility. Please see our refund policy for details.

I have not received all the snacks on the pamphlet.
We regularly update the box contents based on consumer feedbacks. For this reason, we put as many snack as possible on the pamphlets not to miss out any snacks. For example, Maxi Turkish Munchies Box comes with around 20-24 snacks. However, its pamphlet may have over 40 snacks from time to time as the actual content may vary.

I cannot see a snack description in the pamphlet.
Although we do our best to include as many snack as possible in the pamphlet not to miss out anything, the availability, seasonality and consumer feedbacks sometimes require us to go beyond the pamphlet content. This is purely for adding more snacks into the box.

Turkish snacks have different expiration date format, how can I read them?
Expiration dates are printed on each snack in DAY/MONTH/YEAR format unlike in the US where the opposite format (MONTH/DAY/YEAR) is in use.

Turkish snacks have expiration dates around 6 to 18 months. We partner with the best snack producers in Turkey and directly source our snacks from them. Next, we ship our boxes by plane to the US. And finally, they are sold, picked, packed, and shipped within weeks from production.

Are the snacks vegan/gluten-free/halal?
All snacks are halal but not gluten-free. Unfortunately, almost all snacks include dairy products and they are not vegan.

Do you provide nutritional facts?
Most snacks come with nutritional facts printed on their outer packaging but they are mostly inconvenient to read. So we always include a table showing the nutritional facts of the snacks.

Are snacks nut-free?
Unfortunately, most of our snacks contain some sort of tree nut including hazelnut, peanut, almonds, and so on. Please carefully read the allergen labelling before consuming.

Yummy Battle Game

What is included in the box?
All Yummy Battle Game boxes come with snacks and game instructions. However, your first box includes a card deck which you should keep for the next boxes. The following boxes will come with extra cards that you need to merge with your initial deck. This way you get a different game experience each time.

I bought 12-Game Plan but I am relocated and need to change my regular delivery address. What should I do?
Simply send an email to info@turkishmunchies.com your new ship-to address.

I bought 6-Game Plan and need to upgrade it to 12-Game Plan. What should I do?
Simply send an email at info@turkishmunchies.com. We will calculate the extra fee and collect the payment as per your choice (credit card or Paypal). Your plan is the automatically upgraded to your choice of plan.

I need to cancel my plan. What should I do?
You can cancel your plan at any time. However, shipped boxes will be charged at 1-Game Plan base price and we issue the remaining funds to your original payment method (credit card or Paypal).

I lost my card deck. What should I do?
