What should I expect in my Underclub deliveries?

• Beautiful brands and styles, handpicked for you! Every month we send you one pair of gorgeous underwear, curated to your style and size preferences. The Signature plan is $12.95 / month and includes styles that retail for $18-$28, and the Luxe plan is $19.95/ month and includes styles that retail for $28-$55+.
• After each delivery, we send out a review email so you can give feedback on things you love or what you want to change for future deliveries.

What is the return policy?

• We want you to love your Underclub – if there’s an issue with your order we want to make it right! Please make sure you have completed your monthly review (via email) and shoot us a note at hello@underclub.com. Please contact us via email within 25 days so we can make your next month’s shipment perfect.

Can I customize my order?

• Each delivery is curated according to your preferences and monthly reviews. If you are looking to customize a large order: We offer customized options for large gift orders of 6 or more (bridal, bachelorette, sorority, and more!) Submit a request and we’d be happy to help you put something special together!

Do you sell bridal or engagement packages?

• We do not sell bridal-specific packages, but(t) our service is customized for each member such that it will arrive just how they like it! See “Can I customize my order?” If you have a large group order (bridal / bachelorette party), submit a request.

How do I change my subscription plan?

• To update your subscription plan, please follow the steps below:
  • • Login to your account here
    • Find “Your Subscriptions” and select “Edit” to update or select a new subscription plan
    • Select “Confirm”
    • If you need any other help, please reach out to our team at hello@underclub.com.

Can I pause my subscription or skip a month?

• If you’re traveling, moving or just need an underwear breather, we’ve got your back! To skip a month:
  • • Login to your account here
    • Go to “Your Subscriptions” and select “Edit”
    • Select “Skip Next Renewal” and click “Confirm”
    • Need to skip more than one month? Submit note to hello@underclub.com and we’ll help you out.

How do I change the frequency of my subscription plan?

• You can skip a month or change to an every other month subscription by logging into your account here.
  • To skip a month:
    • Log into your account
    • Go to “Your Subscriptions” and select “Edit”
    • Select “Skip Next Renewal”
  • To change to every other month plan:
    • Log into your account
    • Go to “Your Subscriptions” and select “Edit”
    • Select the “Every 2 Months” plan and “Confirm”

How do I stop my prepaid plan from auto renewing?

• If you signed up for a prepaid plan and you want to change to monthly renewals or cancel after the prepaid period, log into your account and edit your settings to either change subscription plans or cancel. If you are on a monthly renewal plan, you can skip a month or cancel by logging into your account.
