IS URTHBOX OFFERED INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time UrthBox is available in the US and Canada. Shipments to Canada have additional shipping fees.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY URTHBOX?
All new orders placed before the end of the month are shipped on the week of the 15th of the following calendar month. So an order placed in September will ship by in the week of October 15th.
ARE THERE OTHER SURPRISES IN THE BOX OR JUST SNACKS?
UrthBox is specifically designed to deliver primarily ready-to-eat snacks with a few extras every month including beverages, personal care products and tasty new treats.
ARE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS IN URTHBOX GMO-FREE?
All of the items in UrthBox are 100% GMO-free either by way of third party certification and/or have an ingredient makeup that is 100% free of GMOs.
ARE THE GLUTEN-FREE AND VEGAN BOX PRODUCTS GUARANTEED GLUTEN-FREE OR VEGAN?
While we only include products that are either a) certified Gluten-Free or Vegan or b) utilize only ingredients that are Gluten-Free or Vegan, we cannot guarantee that all products are free from trace elements of gluten or any animal products due to the manufacturing facilities the manufacturers may use. We recommend that you always read labels and packaging before consuming or using a product.

Unfortunately we do not offer the ability to order such customizable boxes.
HOW DO I GIFT AN URTHBOX?
You can easily gift UrthBox by selecting the Gift option on the site. Once purchased, both you and your recipient will receive a digital gift certificate code that is redeemable at any time.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY $10 CREDIT FOR REFERRING A FRIEND?
Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your account information and the email address of the friend you referred to UrthBox and we’ll credit your account.
AUTO-RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
Unless specified otherwise, all subscriptions will automatically renew on the 1st of the month either monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly depending on your subscription plan. You may cancel your subscription at anytime by sending us an email at email@example.com. In order to cancel your subscription you must email your cancellation request before your next renewal billing charge (before the 1st of the month). For example, if you are on a monthly plan and do not want the October box, you must email in your cancellation request by September 30th (before the 1st of the month). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returned boxes and there are no refunds for requests that come in after that date or mid-subscription.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your delivery address at any time by either logging into your UrthBox Online Account or by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to affect a particular months shipment, you must submit your address change prior to your next renewal billing (before the 1st of the month). For example, if you are looking to change the delivery address of February’s box, you must submit your address change by January 31st (before the 1st of the month). Address changes submitted on or after the 1st of the month will be effective the following month.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON A FIRST TIME ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
All first time initial orders placed by new customers have a 24 hour cancellation window (calendar hours) from the time of order to the receipt of any cancellation and/or refund request. In order to cancel your first time initial order you must email your cancellation request to email@example.com before the close of the 24 hour window (calendar hours). Unfortunately, due to immediate product purchasing protocols that initiate within 24 hours of an order placed, there are no refunds for first time initial order requests that come in after the 24 hour window.
ARE THERE ANY PROMOTIONAL OFFERS YOU PROVIDE AND WHAT ARE THE TERMS?
From time to time we may run various promotional offers during the holidays or select periods throughout the year for specific box sizes and/or types. All of our promotions will automatically renew on the 1st of the month following shipment of the promotional offer as pre-paid six month subscriptions at the then six month rate for the box size and type originally selected. You may cancel and opt out of the promotional offer subscription at anytime by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to cancel your subscription you must email your cancellation request before your subscription billing charge (before the 1st of the month following shipment). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returned boxes and there are no refunds for requests that come in on or after that date.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY BOX OR AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Sometimes shipping is not so nice to the boxes and so damage can occur. If an item in your box is opened, damaged or otherwise not usable please take a few pictures of A) The Item in Question and B) The Box Itself and email us at email@example.com. A customer service representative will reach out to you within 24 business hours.
