Shipping Update

Hello from Penny + Grace 
 
As you may have heard, all major shipping carriers have instituted a 4.9% net effective increase on their basic ground shipping rates and up to a 7% increase on some of their accessorial charges beginning in January 2019.  

This unfortunatly averages out to almost a 6.3% overall increase in our shipping costs – The bulk of the increase affecting our international shipments. 
 
In addition to carrier costs, there are increases in many other “normal operating costs” (overhead, labor, etc) that every business is facing.
 
In reviewing our overall costs to service our Canadian customers, we will be assessing a flat rate shipping charge of $6.00 for all subscription and boutique orders shipping to Canada, as of January 1, 2019. 

The following items will apply to your orders regarding this change:

• All prepaid subscriptions WILL NOT incur a shipping charge for the remainder of the subscription. If you sign up again however, all future orders will incur a $6.00 shipping charge if the order is shipping to Canada.
• If you are currently a month to month subscriber, your next order will be billed on 1/10/2019 (unless you have skipped) and will incur a $6.00 shipping charge if the order is being shipped to Canada.
• If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so at anytime prior to 01/10/2019 and you will not incur the $6.00 shipping charge.
• If you forget to cancel and would like to cancel after the 01/10/2019 charge, please contact us and we will refund your order. If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to refund the order, so please contact us prior to 01/15/2019
