I feel like All Around Vegan is one of those lucky little discoveries. Not a lot of people are talking about this box so it still feels like a hidden gem. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I received my first box, but I ended up loving it. Fast forward a few months and I am still loving what I receive and am so happy to have made the discovery.

Here’s a peek at the items in my October box…..
YumEarth Vegan Peach Licorice
Fall is officially here! We’ve brought a few different snacks for the season this month! The first of which is YumEarth’s Vegan Peach Licorice. YumEarth makes allergen-friendly snacks & candies. Many of these candies would typically contain gelatine or other animal products, but YumEarth makes them vegan.
I am very familiar with this brand and very happy to see it in the box. Gummy candies typically aren’t vegan friendly, due to the gelatine they are made with, so it’s nice to see a vegan-friendly candy for those days when I am craving something sweet.
Enjoy Life Ricemilk Chocolate Bar
The second snack is Enjoy Life’s Ricemilk Chocolate Bar. Anyone who has had chocolate before going vegan wouldn’t be able to tell the difference – rice milk is smooth and sweet!
Umm…….a ricemilk chocolate bar?? This is life-changing. I am a HUGE chocolate fan and would eat it every day if I could. Since becoming vegan I have gotten use to only eating dark chocolate but it’s just not the same as milk chocolate. I am looking forward to trying this.
Planet Protein
Our third snack item for the month is by our friends over at Planet Protein. Dedicated to making food that is good for you and good for the planet, these bars provide a much healthier source of protein compared to conventional bars!
Next up we have a Peanut Butter Cup Bar from Planet Protein. I am just as excited about this snack as I am about the ricemilk chocolate bar. You can’t go wrong with peanut butter, and it’s even better when it comes in the form of a plant-based protein bar.
The Good Bean Roasted Cinnamon Chickpeas
Lastly, we’ve included The Good Bean’s Roasted Cinnamon Chickpeas – a crunchy and convenient snack to take anywhere.
If you haven’t tried roasted chickpeas yet, add it to your list for your next grocery trip. These little treats are a really great alternative when needing something crunchy. I love that we received a full-size bag.
Soothing Touch Lemon Cardamom Balm
With the cold air coming, we figured it’s time to have a lip balm handy! Soothing Touch’s Lemon Cardamom Balm will be sure to moisturize your lips no matter what the weather.
Believe it or not, but I was in need of a new lip balm, so this arrived at the perfect time. This is one of those items I am always happy to receive. Does anyone else lose their lip balm as often as they lose their socks?
Soothing Touch Tuscan Bouquet Brown Sugar Scrub
We’ve also included Soothing Touch’s Tuscan Bouquet Brown Sugar Scrub – Designed to relieve stress and exfoliate the skin, this scrub is great to use while showering or after shaving.
Body scrub is a really great item for a fall/winter box. Skin needs a little extra TLC this time of year and I happen to be a huge fan of natural scrubs.
One With Nature Grapefruit Guava Soap
Lastly, One With Nature’s Grapefruit Guava Soap will leave you clean without drying out your skin!
Oh…..I’m actually really excited about this item. It’s a really great brand, it has a really great scent and I love natural soap bars – win, win, win!
Vegan Pumpkin Stencil
Our lifestyle item this month is pretty festive – a vegan pumpkin stencil! Just cut out the stencil in an oval shape, tape to a pumpkin, poke holes around the outline of the design (perhaps with a thumbtack, pen, etc), remove the stencil, and use the carving set to cut the pumpkin, following the dotted lines.
Ummm…..I literally squealed when I saw this pumpkin stencil set in the box. This was a genius idea for an October box. We are heading to the pumpkin patch this week and carving them on the weekend so this stencil set is absolutely perfect.
Vegan Chalk Challenge
Our Activism item for this month is chalk for the #VeganChalkChallenge! Just take a look at our Vegan Chalk Challenge card for more details!
Out of all the Activism items we have received thus far, this just might be my favorite. This is such a fun idea. I wonder if I can talk the Husband into doing this challenge with me?
All Around Vegan Review October 2018 – Final Thoughts
Well…..it’s official……the October All Around Vegan box is my favorite box we have received from them so far. I feel like we received great value, a great mixture of items, great snacks, useful bath & body items, and a SUPER fun stencil set to help us celebrate Halloween. Not to mention the fun Activism item that will get me (and the husband) out in the fresh fall air to decorate our driveway. For all my vegan friends out there, you NEED to keep an eye on this box!
