Bowzer Box Review April 2019
Bowzer Box is a wonderful Canadian dog subscription box. They provide a variety of high quality goods, such as treats, toys, and other goodies, from local companies. Each month, they are shipped across Canada, delivered right to your door. Each box is customizable to your dog’s characteristics, such as the size of your furry friend. Every box also includes an info card and Bowzer Box wrapping paper to protect the goodies.
Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the April Bowzer Box…..
Buddy’s Kitchen Bites
Every Bowzer Box includes a variety of healthy treat options. This month’s first treat was Chicken, Sage, and Rosemary Chewy Bites, from Buddy’s Kitchen. These were a great healthy alternative and I am proud to offer Roxy treats that are made in locally.
Twistix Treats
Next treats included were Milk & Cheese Flavour Twistix treats. They are a great size and the treats are meant to remove plaque and tartar build up as pets enjoy them, which is something I value.
Caledon Farms Bites
The last bag of treats included was Apple Bites by Caledon Farms. My dog loves apples so these ones might have been her favourite, and it is great to see another Canadian made snack.
Exeter Farms Jerky
Finally, the last treat was a Jerky Chew from Exeter Farms. It is a good size treat and is 100% All Natural. It is a great option to keep my pup entertained while I work.
Giraffe Toy
This month’s toy was a large giraffe figure. It has a squeaker on the bottom, and it is probably Roxy’s favourite toy included in a Bowzer Box so far. It is good quality and a great size for a medium sized dog. I am impressed that they fit such a large-sized toy in their box.
Bosco Easter Cookie
The last item included is a cute Easter cookie by Bosco and Roxy’s Inc. It is made in Canada and comes in a plastic package to maintain freshness. I thought this was a wonderful item to include in the April box.
Bowzer Box Review April 2019 – Final Thoughts
Overall, this is my favourite Bowzer Box yet. The treats are a great variety of flavours, and all made by local brands. The toy is great, and Roxy is playing with it as I write this. She loves the apple treats and likes the milk and cheese twists too. For individuals interested in supporting a Canadian subscription box, I recommend Bowzer Box, for their own pooches, or as a gift option for friends or family members dogs.
