Bowzer Box Review August 2019

Bowzer Box is a wonderful Canadian dog subscription box. They provide a variety of quality goods, including treats, toys, and other goodies, from local companies. Each month, they are shipped across Canada, delivered right to your door. Each box is customizable to your dog, such as the size of your furry friend. Every box also includes an info card and Bowzer Box wrapping paper to protect the goodies.

Here’s a closer look at the items I received in the August Bowzer Box….

Get Naked Digestive Treats

Every Bowzer Box includes a variety of healthy treat options. This month’s first treat was Chicken flavoured Dental Sticks, from Get Naked. These were a great size for my lab, and they promote a healthy digestive system, which I appreciate as an owner.

Forza10 Nuggets

Next treats included were Lamb Nuggets by FORZA10. They come in a convenient package and are Grain-Free and GMO-free. Roxy really liked this flavour.

Treats Happen Dog Treats

The last bag of treats was by Treats Happen, in Pork Liver flavour. The portions were large, the packaging was in a fun colour, and it is great to see a Canadian made snack.

Lizard Toy

This month’s toy was a large blue lizard. It has a squeaker on the head and the body crinkles as Roxy plays with it. It is good quality and made with durable and multi-textured fabric. The flexible rubber scales also entice Roxy’s chewing habits.

Dog Bowl

The last item included is a clip on dog bowl, to add to your sport water bottle. I thought this was a wonderful item to include in the box, as it is portable and functional. I look forward to using this on hikes with my dog.

Bowzer Box Review August 2019 – Final Thoughts

Overall, this was another amazing Bowzer Box. The treats are a variety of flavours and are great sizes for a medium or large dog. The lizard toy is great, and Roxy is currently squeaking it. She loves the chicken treats and likes the lamb nuggets too. For individuals interested in supporting a Canadian subscription box, I recommend Bowzer Box, for their own pooches, or as a gift option for friends or family members dogs.
