Bowzer Box Review November 2018

Bowzer Box is a great Canadian dog subscription box based in British Columbia. They provide high quality goods, such as treats, toys, and other goodies, from a variety of local companies. Each month, it is shipped across Canada and delivered right to your door step. The box is customizable to your dog’s characteristics, such as the size of your furry friend. Every box includes an info card and Bowzer Box wrapping paper to protect the goodies.

Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the November Bowzer Box……

Each Bowzer Box includes a variety of healthy treat options. This month’s first treat was Simply Pets ‘Sweet Potato Chews’. I thought these were a great healthy option and am glad to offer Roxy treats that are made in Canada.

Next treats included were ‘Bacon, Eh!’ treats, also by Simply Pets. My Labrador loves these ones, and they are a good size. Simply Pets company is also a proud supporter of Don Cherry’s Pet Rescue Foundation, which is something I value.

The last treats included were Double Braided Beef Pretzel ring, by Boucherie. My dog is very excited to try this one, and it is great to see another Canadian made snack. It is also a good size.

This month’s toy was a large pink figure. It makes a bubble noise when you squeeze it, and it is probably Roxy’s favourite toy included in Bowzer Box so far. It is good quality and a great size for a medium sized dog. I am impressed that they fit such a good sized toy in the box.

The last item included is a soothing balm to relieve irritations on your dog’s skin. I have never seen an item like this one before, and it is perfect for the winter months. It is fairly easy to apply, and is made with coconut oil and shea butter.

Bowzer Box Review November 2018 – Final Thoughts

Overall, this is my favourite Bowzer Box yet. The treats are a great variety of flavours, and all made by local brands. The toy is great, and Roxy is playing with it as I write this. She loves the bacon treats and likes the sweet potato ones too. For individuals interested in supporting a Canadian subscription box, I recommend Bowzer Box, for their own pooches, or as a gift option for the holidays.
