The February Covet Crate is all about loving yourself, and treating yourself, and it honours Betty Goldstein Friedan. Betty is remembered as one of the leading voices of the women’s rights movement of the 20th century. In 1963 she broke new ground by exploring the idea of women finding personal fulfillment outside of their traditional roles. Personally I think she sounds like a pretty amazing woman.
The 52 Lists Project – Wow, how cool is this book! It’s absolutely perfect for someone like myself who is obsessed with lists. I could write lists all day, every day….literally.
Whimsey & Spice Espresso Dulce de Leche Brownies – Why is it that the idea of mini brownies makes me so excited. Maybe because they are portioned perfectly, made from chocolate, taste amazing, and go well with coffee…..just to name a few…
Womeneur 15-Minute Q&A Business Advisor Session – I’m not a fan of any sort of gift certificate, not mater how amazing it may be, as I simply don’t use them. However, this one is a little different from your typical GC to an online store. It’s for an actual phone call with Woman of the Month, Sharon Beason, for a 15 minute business advisor session.
Viveltre Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Gourmet Marshmallows – Another sweet treat and another reason to slow down on a busy day, and have a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate with a few yummy marshmallows on the side.
Girl Code by Cara Alwill Leyba – Books are an item I LOVE receiving in subscription boxes, and it makes it even better that this one is geared towards entrepreneurs, professional women, and “side hustlers” (those with a day job who are building a business on the side). Can someone make me a coffee mug that say “side hustler”???
Pretty Thoughts Blush Duo Notebooks – Just gorgeous….that’s all I have to say about that! Oh….and they are going straight in my purse….
The Paris Print Shop Postcards – These are the prettiest little postcards I ever did see. I want to frame each one and make a picture wall in my office….I would never want to leave.
Parrots Design Studio Greeting Cards – Be still my heart…..these little cards or gorgeous….and you all know I am obsessed with greeting cards.
Girl Boss Mug – I think I just peed my pants a little! Why have more subscription boxes not jumped on the cute coffee mug band wagon! I would have been happy if this was all I received.
Pink/Blush To-Do Notepad – I will be using this every day……seriously….at least once…maybe two times per day…..if not more…..list are my life…
Ticket Chocolate Hot Chocolate Sticks – Are you fricken kidding me!! Hot chocolate sticks!! This is a genius idea and I want to know where to buy these. How fun would these be for a hot chocolate station at a birthday party or baby shower!
American Crafts Paper Clips – These have my name written all over them….so it should come as no surprise that I already have some in my desk drawer. I’m definitely not upset that I have a few more to add to the collection though. Can you ever have too many gold heart paperclips??? I think not.
Sessa Vee Calling Cards – These are a super cute way to give someone your contact info, an appointment, or a reminder….love these!
Sessa Vee Fine Point Pen – For someone who is obsessed with office supplies, a special pen is something I do not have. I feel like my office supply drawer is now complete…..and it’s pretty!
Thoughts: Did you receive this month’s Covet Crate? If so, here is what I suggest….book yourself a day off…a day off from being a Mom, a day off from being a business owner, a day off from being a best friend, sister or daughter. Turn off your phone, unplug your computer, take out your new Girl Boss mug, make some hot chocolate, throw in some yummy marshmallows, get out your Girl Code book, pen, The 52 Lists project, one of the cute little notebooks, and read until your heart is content…..and make some lists while you are at it. And if you didn’t get this month’s box….I’m really sorry….you are missing out. Every single item in this month’s box are the kind of items that get me excited and make me happy. I am OBSESSED with this new subscription!! It’s perfection in a box!!
XOXO
