Curateur Review Summer 2021

Curateur is a luxury subscription box curated by editor and designer, Rachel Zoe. Each edition features at least 5 of the season’s most coveted fashion and beauty finds valued at over $500. To subscribe, style enthusiasts can choose from two subscription options: a Seasonal Membership at $99.99 per quarter, or an Annual Membership at $349.99 per year. They kindly sent us this box for review.

The Spring 2021 Curateur box was my favorite to date and it was also the top seller on our website for the last couple months. They did an amazing job with the Spring box so it made me very curious to see what they would come up with for the Summer box.

I am loving this tote! My closet is slowly starting include more beige so this beauty arrived at the perfect time. I also love the practicality of it. It’s sturdy and stays open on it’s own, it’s very spacious, the natural canvas is casual yet trendy, and I could easily use it as a purse/diaper bag combo.

Here we have our first choice item. Curateur was kind enough to send me both options to share with you, and I have to be honest….if I had to choose I’m not sure which one I would want because I love them both. This caftan is gorgeous and it’s giving me all the whimsical Summer vibes. On the website they have it styled with jeans and a simple white tee. This would make for such a cute BBQ hosting outfit.

WALTER BAKER Cozumel Towel ($110)

Stylish yet simple, this luxuriously soft summer must-have can be used as a beach towel, picnic blanket, or draped on your outdoor furniture for the next backyard BBQ.

For our second choice item we have this beautiful towel. It’s perfect for a pool party getogether, or I might even use it as a throw blanket on our new patio. Either way I love this piece. It makes the decision very hard because I love it just as much as the caftan.

MELINDA MARIA Star Lariat Necklace ($120)

The stars have aligned on this staple accessory of the season. Designed in partnership with Rachel Zoe, this gold necklace will pair nicely with others or make a statement on its own.

Ugh……so in love with this necklace. I’ve been wanting a piece like this. The thick chain, the circular pendant, I love everything about it. I want to say it’s my favorite jewelry item to date, but I really did love the earrings and ring from the Spring box. It might be a tie.

I’ve been wearing this lip oil non-stop since I opened the box. It feels so nice on my lips, it keeps them hydrated, and the scent is giving me beach vibes.

ONEKIND Golden State Nourishing Facial Oil ($45)

A clean beauty favorite, this facial oil will repair and nourish sun-kissed skin after a long day out. Use it in the morning before applying your go-to SPF and at night after cleansing.

You all know how much I love my face oil so when I saw this in the box I was pretty darn excited. It’s a brand I haven’t tried before, which is great, and I love that it includes rosehip and carrot seed oil. I have also come to trust all of Rachel’s beauty picks so I’m sure this one is pretty darn amazing.

Curateur Review Summer 2021 – Final Thoughts

I mention above how much I loved the Spring Curateur box but I’m tempted to say I love the Summer box just a tiny bit more. I didn’t think it would be possible but the Summer collection is absolutely perfect. The items are great for summer (the beautiful swim cover and the beach scented lip oil) but they can also be used year-round. The necklace is gorgeous and the purse is a classic. Two amazing boxes in a row. If this is what we can expect from Curateur going forward then I urge you to sign up for an annual subscription!
