Curateur Review Winter 2021

Curateur is a luxury subscription box curated by editor and designer, Rachel Zoe. Each edition features at least 5 of the season’s most coveted fashion and beauty finds valued at over $500. To subscribe, style enthusiasts can choose from two subscription options: a Seasonal Membership at $99.99 per quarter, or an Annual Membership at $349.99 per year. They kindly sent us this box for review.

It’s a very sad day here at the AYOB office…….the seasonal Curateur box is no longer. Or at least I think that’s the case. I haven’t actually received any updates/info on this but I wasn’t able to find it on the Curateur website. It looks like they have changed their offering to a shopping type membership. I will definitely miss this seasonal box as it was often one of my favorite boxes to receive.

THIRDLOVE Satin Robe ($70)

Whether worn for lounging or layered over your favorite basics, this satin robe will make you feel so much more luxurious.

First up we have one of our choice items. As per usual they were kind enough to send me all of the options. Subscribers could have received this or the clutch below. For me personally, the robe is a great choice as I was in need of a new robe to lounge in and this one is absolutely gorgeous!

Our second choice item is this beautiful metallic clutch. It’s not something I would use often, but it’s the perfect accessory for holiday parties so I’m happy to add it to my collection. How cute would this be with a simple black jumpsuit and gold jewelry?!

Speaking of gold jewelry……here we have our next choice item. Subscribers could have received this gold necklace or the silver version below. I’ve actually been wanting a necklace just like this. It’s a classic style and reminds me of something my Mom used to wear. This is a piece I will have in my collection for years to come, and……the perfect accessory for holiday outfits. I absolutely LOVE it!

JENNIFER ZEUNER Silver Allie Necklace ($132)

And here we have the silver version of the necklace. I’m more of a gold girl but the silver necklace is just as pretty. And….my jewelry collection is lacking silver peices so this is a welcomed addition.

I’ve said this before, but I have really come to appreciate the beauty products we receive in our Curateur boxes. Especially the skincare items because it’s thanks to this subscription that I have discovered some of my “can’t live without” skincare products.

We just moved in to our new house and I will be decorating in the New Year so I am ALL about home decor items right now. This throw is SO pretty and it fits my color scheme perfectly. I used to be all about grey, but now I’m loving beige and creamy tones.

I am desperately in need of a new mascara so this arrived at the perfect time. I should have thrown my current one away a few months ago. It’s always so nice to have new makeup. It’s kind of like a fresh start for your face routine.

Curateur Review Winter 2021 – Final Thoughts

Well…..I have to say….I am SO sad that this will be my last time sharing Curatuer with you. I’ve really come to love this subscription. Yes, they’ve had a few “misses” over the last couple years but they’ve also curated some amazing boxes. There’s one (or two) in particular that will go down in history as some of my all-time favorite boxes. The one with the beautiful fedora hat for example. But, all good things must come to an end….I guess. And for a final box, they did a great job. It’s the perfect mixture of cozy wintery peices and dressy holiday vibes. The Winter 2021 Curatuer box is absolutely wonderful!
