ElleBox is my simple little pleasure. It’s a monthly gift to myself, and it’s the perfect way to make myself feel better when Aunt Flow comes to visit. Not to mention the fact that it allows me to skip a trip to the grocery store.

This month I am reviewing the Comfort Box and in my opinion it is the only way to go. Here’s a look at the items I received in my April Box…..
The Essentials – Regular Tampons & Pads
Each box is customizable with up to 16 pads and tampons. Their products are made from certified organic cotton, it’s better for your health and the environment. This is one of the features that sets ElleBox apart from other Time of the Month Subscription Boxes.
Can we just talk about the fact that ElleBox only includes organic tampons and how amazing that is?! I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty darn picky when it comes to the items I put in my body. It gives me piece of mind knowing that ElleBox feels the same way I do about feminine hygiene.
BKind Coffee And Peppermint Scrub
Just as your morning coffee, our coffee body scrub is the perfect partner to kick off your day. Made with Fairtrade and organic coffee from the Montreal based company Café Rico, it exfoliates your skin gently, helps stimulate blood circulation and helps to firm your skin. Our product also contains volcanic pumice stone, well known for its exfoliating and skin-softening properties. The added sea salt will naturally detoxify and absorb your skin’s toxins. Finally, the added peppermint oil creates a cooling sensation on your skin. Together, these natural ingredients are combined to leave your skin perfectly smooth, refreshed and moisturized at the same time.
Body scrub really is the perfect item for a Time of the Month box…..if you ask me. I rarely purchase these kind of products for myself but absolutely LOVE receiving them. A good body scrub is the perfect excuse to spend a little more time in the shower or tub pampering yourself.
BKind Hand Balm

Tea Sparrow Tea
This month we received Organic Peppermint tea which just happens to be my go-to for my evening cup. Don’t get me wrong, I love fun flavours and different blends, but you just can’t go wrong with go old peppermint. It’s comforting, caffeine-free and perfect as a bedtime treat. It’s even better when paired with a little piece of Truffle Pig Chocolate……
Truffle Pig Sea Salted Almond

This little bar of chocolate alone is reason enough to subscribe to ElleBox. But I have told you that before. When I’m having an especially crappy day this is guaranteed to make me feel better. Truffle Pig Chocolate is THAT good. ElleBox works with this brand on a regular basis and I am completely ok with that!

We also received a few hair ties from Graced By Grit which is premium athletic apparel designed to empower women. I had a quick look on their website and they have some cute basics. ElleBox provided us with a coupon for $50 off a purchase of $100.
ElleBox Review April 2018 – Final Thoughts
When it comes to my monthly ElleBox delivery the word obsessed comes to mind. I am 100% OBSESSED with this box. I always have been and always will be. I swear by Time of the Month subscriptions. Every single menstruating woman on the planet needs a subscription like this in her life. No need to make a trip to the store for tampons….. who has time for that! And you receive the perfect amount of products to pamper yourself. It’s a wonderful little experience in a box. Here’s what I do with my ElleBox each month……when my “bad” day hits I do the following: make a cup of tea, run a warm bath, use one of the bath products I have received, get out one of my Book of the Month selections, break off a piece of chocolate and turn off my phone. Doesn’t that sound amazing?! Ya, I thought so………
