March Box Details ($85 value)
“The March box theme is: Don’t Sweat It! Chemicals? No sweat. Your pre and post workout routine has never been more convenient (and clean)!”
What a great theme this month! It’s one I’ve not seen in other boxes, so I love that it’s unique and super useful too. And maybe, just maybe, it will motivate me to get back to regular exercising.
Here’s a look at what’s in this month’s Essentials Crate box:
Stretch Liquid Athleisure Wash ($19)
“This liquid laundry detergent prolongs the life & “stretch” in your clothes. Powerful enough to remove odors, sweat & chlorine, yet gentle for all fabrics, making this ideal for washing active wear or even your facemasks. Organic, biodegradable & hypoallergenic.”
This is something I guess I never considered existed or knew that I needed, but now that I know it does, I’m so glad to have some to try out! I’ve noticed that stretchy clothes loose their stretch over time so this product that aims to reduce that wear is awesome. It smells fresh and lightly floral. I can’t wait to try it out.
Stretch Pre-Treatment Odor Eliminator Spray ($9)
“If you can’t wash it, spray it! This athleisure spray is specifically formulated to prevent & eliminate odors from all your clothing and gear. Refresh daily & active wear, workout gear, yoga mats, gym bags, shoes, hats, equipment and more. Biodegradable & hypoallergenic.”
Another great product and necessary product! I’ve used shoe sprays before, but I love that this one is also for things like yoga mats and gym clothes to help reduce odors between washes. It smells clean and refreshing, definitely like it would mask or remove odors.
Movida Charcoal Magnesium Deodorant ($12)
“Activated charcoal & magnesium act as powerful absorbents to provide elevated protection against moisture & eliminate odor-causing toxins in this aluminum-free deodorant. Scent is unisex, made with perfume grade oils. Paraben-free, cruelty-free, vegan.”
I love trying out new natural deodorants so I love this item! It’s made with all-natural, pit-nourishing ingredients like coconut oil, charcoal powder and arrowroot powder. It’s scent is gender neutral and smells crisp and clean. It’s aroma is made with rosemary, green tea and spruce.
Essential Living Travel Tumbler ($35)
“Staying hydrated is essential. This stainless steel, vacuum insulated tumbler retains the temperature of your beverage for 6 hours, hot at 156°F or cold at 46°F. For maximum insulation efficiency, preheat or precool the tumbler prior to use by filling in a bit of hot/cold water for 1-2 mins.”
You can never have too many water bottles – you’ve got to stay hydrated you know! This one is so chic and sophisticated with it’s off-white color and sleek lid design. It’s a stainless steel bottle with a plastic lid that’s in two pieces – one is like a strainer, I’m assuming to keep ice away from your mouth- love that! I’ll be using this one a lot.
Essential Living Travel Microfiber Towel ($10)
“Sweaty gym session? Running? Hiking? This ultra compact microfiber towel has you covered. It’s super soft, super absorbent holding 4x its weight, yet fast-drying, lightweight & antibacterial. Comes in a portable silicone bag with ventilation holes & a hook clip.”
This is a fun product! Definitely something I don’t already have which is always great. It’s super convenient to bring along in or on a gym bag with it’s pouch and clasp. I’m so curious to try out it’s absorbency and if it helps with cooling down any quicker. I really dislike sweating so I think this could be a great tool for me when exercising.
Essentials Crate Review March 2021 – Final Thoughts
Love this month’s Essentials Crate box! From it’s unique theme, to it’s perfectly theme-matched items and beautifully curated neutral color palate – once again this box is a favorite. Their item curation continues to impress me with each review and I appreciate how much thoughtfulness goes into the usefulness of the items. I love the deodorant, but of course am intrigued by the laundry soap and spray too. I will certainly get use out of everything though. Now I’ve got no excuses, I’ve got to get back to exercising to test it all out!
