Frank And Oak Style Plan Review March 2018

Shopping online can be difficult and sometimes even subscription boxes can be a bit daunting. What if you don’t like something, or what if it doesn’t fit? Trust me, I get it. However, Canadian brand Frank And Oak has the answer: a worry-free, styled subscription box experience. How do they achieve this you ask? Well, let’s go through the Frank And Oak Style Plan process.

Subscription Details

First off, you fill out a survey that allows the stylists at Frank And Oak to better understand your style, budget, and size. Once that’s complete they curate a customized box for you including anything from clothing pieces, accessories, to footwear. You’ll then receive an email where you have 48 hours to switch out any items you want out of a list they put together for you. Next, they prepare your box and ship it to you, this is when you pay a $25 styling fee. But you only pay for what you keep and in the end that $25 styling fee gets credited to the clothing you keep!

See what I mean, not only do you get help from your own personal stylist, but it’s even customizable to make sure you really get to try and keep items you like.

Now let’s get into my March Frank And Oak Style Plan subscription box. This is my first Frank And Oak box ever and I was pretty pleased with the packaging itself. The classic black and white colours suited the minimalistic vibe of the brand. I also liked that there wasn’t too much going on inside with the packing. It made it really easy to dive right into the good stuff – the clothes.

The Frank And Oak style I picked is classic, I like basic items I can pair with many different pieces depending on where I’m going. In my March Frank And Oak Style Plan box I received three pieces that I absolutely love.

The Vintage Wash Boy Tee in Gold

First up is The Vintage Wash Boy Tee in Gold. A goal of mine is to wear more colours and I was super happy to see this bright tee in my box. It’s a classic style t-shirt that I can easily dress up with a cute skirt or down with a pair of jeans. It’s also 100 percent cotton making it extremely comfortable and best of all it fits true to size!

Printed Wrap Dress in Black Floral

Next, is their gorgeous Printed Wrap Dress in Black Floral. When I saw this in my box preview I got so excited. The smooth fabric and flattering cut of the dress is what I love the most. Not to mention the delicate floral pattern is so pretty, and the fabric is really good quality. I can see myself pairing this with some tights and ankle booties this spring.

Straight-Leg Gabardine Jumpsuit in True Black

Last up is my favourite piece in the box. It’s the Straight-Leg Gabardine Jumpsuit in True Black. I’ve been wanting a jumpsuit for a long time, but I haven’t come across one as flattering as this one. The wide-leg design provides the illusion of almost wearing a dress, and the tie around the waist gives it some more shape and definition. I’m definitely wearing this to a wedding I’m going to next month!

Frank And Oak Style Plan Review March 2018 – Final Thoughts

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the box. The process was super easy, which really did make it worry-free. The contents of the box are even better. Each piece fit amazing, and the quality is great. I’m excited to see what’s in it for next month!
