I have seriously lucked out with my last few Frank And Oak Style Plan deliveries. They have released some really cute styles the last few months. And to my surprise, I’ve even been able to find a few baby bump friendly items. Sadly I’m getting to the point where I’m growing out of pretty much everything, so this month I got myself an adorable outfit for after the baby arrives…..it is one of my favorite Frank And Oak Style Plan outfits to date!

How It Works

From the Frank And Oak Style Plan website……

Here’s a peek at my October Frank And Oak Style Plan box…..

Ribbed Crewneck Knit in Grapeade

Boxy fit. Crewneck. Dropped shoulders. Midi length. All-over multi-rib pattern.

I rarely wear sweaters like this and I rarely wear purple. So why on earth did I get this top?? Well….I saw it paired with the yellow midi skirt below and it was love at first sight. And maybe it’s time to start adding a little more color to my wardrobe?? I typically go for neutral colors and cardigan style tops, but there’s just something about this cozy lilac coloured sweater that caught my attention.

Pleated Midi Skirt in Honey

Sits at normal waist. Midi length. Side zipper closure. Fully lined. Pleated.

I am loving everything about this skirt. The midi length, the pleats, the mustard yellow color…..basically everything! The model on the website had it paired with the purple sweater (above) and black boots. I could maybe even pull it off with a pair of Dr. Martens?? Either way, this outfit is adorable and I can’t wait to wear it.

Denim Pinafore in Washed black

Slight A-line fit. Non-stretch denim. V-neck. Nickel snap button closure at front. Patch pocket at chest. Side seam pockets. Can be worn by itself or over a t-shirt or a shirt.

I already have the dress in the light denim color and absolutely LOVE it. When I saw that the black one was on sale I just had to get it. It’s such a versatile dress. You can wear it all year round depending on what you style it with – t-shirt & sandals, long-sleeve and runners, sweater, tights and boots……it’s such a cute piece. I would highly recommend it.

Frank And Oak Style Plan Review October 2019 – Final Thoughts

I stepped out of my comfort zone with this month’s Frank And Oak Style Plan delivery. I went for all the things I normally stay away from – yellow, purple, crewneck sweaters and pleated midi skirts. Maybe it’s the fact that I don’t fit into any of my clothes right now and I am craving a cute outfit, or maybe it’s the fact that this outfit looked so darn cute on the website. Either way….I am absolutely loving it! It’s a nice change from my neutral colors and cardigans. Now I just need to get myself a pair of Dr. Martens…..they will pair perfectly with the skirt and denim dress.
