When given the opportunity to review their middle subscription option, The Gimme Box, I knew my husband would be excited to give it a shot (see what I did there – pun intended).  I don’t know who was more excited about this box arriving on our doorstep – me or him!  We’ve become quite the family of golfers this year, and it’s so fun to be able to spend that quality time together on the green.

You can choose from three tiers of boxes for different styles and brands to fit every golfer starting at $59. Choose a single box, three month, six month or twelve month option. You’ll also be asked to share your shirt, pant, and hat sizes to make sure that any clothing or accessories they send will be a perfect match.

Here’s a breakdown of what was included in our Inside The Leather Golf box: 

Snake Eyes Extreme Distance Golf Balls: Anyone who golfs knows you can never have enough golf balls. Within seconds of opening these they were already stashed away in my husband’s golf bag and ready for the next time he hit the course. Even if there were balls in every box there still would not be enough. It’s a great way to try out new balls without having to invest in a big pack of them. 

Pro Play Cleaning Wipes: As someone who has spent a lot of time cleaning off my husband’s shoes so he doesn’t track grass and dirt into the house from the course, I may have appreciated these wipes more than him.

I love that they are so convenient and with the resealable pouch can be used over and over again. I used them on his clubs to give them a try and was super impressed with how well they cleaned them. It actually made cleaning fun! 

Golf Brush With Water Reservoir: Speaking of making cleaning fun I thought this golf brush was such a clever design. It comes with a clip that makes it easy to attach right to your golf bag and has a spray bottle so you can easily put water and soap right in the bottle and spray, scrub, and wipe down.

Anyone who golfs (or those married to a golfer because I’ve been told this many times) knows that a clean club can make all the difference between making a putt or not making it so I am all in for convenient cleaning apparatuses. 

Ball Marker: As someone who has spent many an afternoon pretending to Caddy for my husband this might have been my favorite item included in the box. This marker features a level in the middle with the wording “up hill”, “down hill”, “breaks right”, and “breaks left” printed on it. It’s a little built in cheat code to help with the green and sinking those putts. 

Adidas collared shirt and quarter zip pullover: Finding golf attire that is comfortable and stylish can be an issue, but these clothing items that were included in the box were a hole-in-one. This polo was 100% polyester making it easy to move in and features UPF protection, a must for those long days on the course. I am all in for golf shirts that can double for date night so I appreciated the color block design.

The quarter zip was a clutch inclusion especially as the days get shorter and colder this time of year. When you sign up for the subscription you are able to customize shirt, pants, and hat sizes. Some boxes steer away from custom-size items but I love that the Inside The Leather Golf box includes them because proper golf attire is just as important as proper gear when teeing up. This felt like a really good value too.

Inside The Leather Golf is a must-have for anyone who golfs. The items inside were practical and things I can see any golfer needing any time they have a tee time. As someone who receives subscription boxes regularly, my husband always wanted one specifically for him, and Inside the Leather filled that void. I was impressed with the quality of the products they included and the brands they work with.  

Golf is a hobby that can quickly add up and having Inside The Leather Golf delivered to your doorstep is great for delivering a curated experience at a discounted rate versus having to pay full retail prices. This box is a definite win, especially when it comes to value for price. The Gimme Box that we received is priced at $99, which you would easily spend on the shirts alone! So to have all the extras, and the fun delivery experience, it’s a no-brainer.
