JustFab is a monthly shoe, handbag, and style subscription service. Each month you can pick your selection of shoes, bags, accessories or clothing. You also can skip a month at no charge. A Year of Boxes pays for this subscription.
I used to review JustFab on a regular basis when I first started the blog and I actually really enjoyed it. But for some reason I ended up taking a little break from my VIP membership and only recently started ordering shoes again. My last review was in April as I probably won’t order a pair every month, but rather every 2-3 months. I’m in the process of purging my closet and creating a capsule wardrobe and really only want to include 10-15 pairs of shoes max. Ideally I would like to get down to 8 pairs of shoes, but I’m not sure if that is possible. Anyways……I was in need of a new pair of black booties to replace my current pair, so that is what I ordered. Let’s have a closer look….
Subscription Details

JustFab Review August 2017 – Final Thoughts
As I mentioned above, I was on the hunt for a great pair of black booties to add to my capsule wardrobe. Black booties go with everything so I wanted to find a pair that would go with my casual outfits as well as my dressy outfits. I have vowed to only purchase new items if they will go with at least 5 things currently in my closet. These JustFab Messina Booties seemed to be a good fit. The heel height is perfect, the side slits will allow my skinny jeans to be tucked in, and the laser-cut detail adds just the right amount of style. I will be able to pair these with leggings, jeans, skirts and dresses.
Now let’s talk about sizing. I mentioned in my last review that I wanted to spend some time over the next few months trying to figure out JustFab sizing. I haven’t had much luck in the past. I’m not able to order my regular size as it never seems to fit right. In most shoes I am a size 7, but in JustFab shoes I’m somwhere between a 6 and a 7. I just can’t seem to figure it out though. I feel like each style is slightly different. In April I ordered the Manona Booties in size 6.5 and they were too big. This month I ordered size 6 and they are a little too snug. I can definitely still wear them but am hoping the stretch out just a tiny bit.
As far as the style goes, I am in love!! This is exactly what I was looking for and I can see myself wearing these often over the next 5-6 months. They come in two other colors, both of which I love. It was hard not to order a pair of each.
