LD Accessory Box Review February 2019
This month I received the LD Accessory Box by luxury Divas and I was blown away! This is a fashion and lifestyle subscription that costs $30 per month and delivers a selection of surprise items for women. These can be accessories like scarves, sunglasses, or clothing, gloves, belts, hats, wallets, handbags, you name it.
When you sign up you fill out a style profile with your clothing sizes, your taste and style and a few more personalized options. Then every month you get 6-7 fashion products for you to keep and enjoy. Isn’t that cool? It’s like having a personal shopper!
You get assigned to a stylist, mine was Nikki, and I gotta say, she blew it out of the park with my box. She really captured what my style was. I selected trendy and chic for my clothing style and she delivered. The box comes wrapped in a plastic mailer and the package itself is very classy. Inside it’s packaged simply but on point.
Once we open the LD Accessory Box we get a hint at the theme and February’s was “Love Yourself First” which I find extremely appropriate and important!
Inside the LD Accessory Box we get a magazine with a lot of info about the box and a sweet letter from the owner Deborah, about her vision and purpose for this box. We receive in addition, a sheet detailing all the contents and their retail prices.
The total retail value of my LD Accessory Box was $137, so I got $100 worth more of the cost of the box! And there’s no way I would have spent $30 at a boutique getting all these stunning products. Let’s dive right in!
Makeup Bags
Set of three makeup pouches in different sizes and matching colors. Small, medium or large, each one for different things you might want to store in there, coins, makeup brushes, or even art supplies, pens, washi tape! They retail for $16.
Purple Scarf
I did say on my style profile that purple and lilac were two of my favorite colors and she hit the nail on the head with this scarf! It’s perfect for spring, and it’s very me I must say! This retails for $19.
Sunglasses
Next thing I saw was this really classic black case with the LD logo on it and was intrigued and impressed.
Inside were a pair of sunglasses but also contained in a soft black pouch!
The glasses are super cute and fit and look perfect! (Well, my mom said they did and she’s always right!) They’re cat eye shape and have gradient lenses. retail price is $20.
Lace Tights
These are super beautiful! They can be used with lingerie or a black pencil skirt, a cocktail dress for an intimate dinner. Perfect to impress on Valentine’s Day! They retail for $18.
Neutral Eyeshadow Palette by Okalan
I was so pleasantly surprised to receive this palette. The colors are gorgeous.
It goes from warmer shades like purples with some blues and grays to transition shades to cooler neutral tones like browns, beige and black. The shades are perfect for the looks I go for. The palette includes a mirror, a brush and the color payoff is pretty good! Retail price is $20.
Necklace
Nikki, my stylist, included a sweet treat inside the pouches, some conversation hearts! So stinking sweet! I don’t know if it’s something we’ll get in every box but I really appreciated the detail.
Inside the little black box there was a delicate and dainty layered necklace with bird pendants and I fell in love instantly. I loved the style and the detail and it’s something I would definitely wear (all the time). It retails for $15.
Flowing Floral Blouse
Last but not least was this beautiful 3/4 sleeve floral blouse that fit me perfectly. The sleeves are flared and the back features a strip that crosses the back giving it a nice touch.
The length is cropped right on top of the lower back. Perfect for work or going out and can be paired with jeans, black pants, a pencil skit or dressy shorts. It retails for $29. I must note that this came in plus size and it fit really good. Since then I’ve lost some weight so I went and edited my profile to receive clothing items one size smaller.
LD Accessory Box Review February 2019 – Final Thoughts
My first LD Accessory Box is a hit! I would wear everything that came in it and use the pouches for my makeup, skin care products and more. I love the blouse and the fact that I can match it with a lot of my jeans and bottoms. What I love about this box is that the prices are affordable outside of the subscription and not exorbitant like many other styling boxes and services. Great stuff for your buck that adds style to your wardrobe and value to your collection of amazing accessories to conquer every day!
