Lillypost Review December 2020

Lillypost is a monthly book subscription box that sends children’s books to your door! Each month, tiny fingers will discover carefully curated books, a note, and stickers for fun! They kindly sent us this box for review.

I rave about Lillypost all the time. I tell you why we love it, why it’s perfect for baby Steven, and so on and so on. I won’t do it again this month but I will tell you that it is one of our must-have subscription boxes and will be for years to come.

What You Get: Each box includes 4 board books or 3 picture books (or a mix of both!) to engage and entertain.

Lillypost Gives Back – For every box that is purchased, Lillypost will donate one book to a child in need through various charities.

Here’s a peek at the books I received in the Lillypost Board Book Box for December…

The Best Snowman Ever

Molly Mouse wants to build the biggest snowman in the world. But when she and her friends start rolling a giant snowball, the snowball gets away! How will they build their snowman now?

This book has the cutest illustrations and I loved the ending. This will be tucked away for next year’s Winter Book Nook.

What a Wonderful World

A beautiful picture book based on one of the greatest songs of all time!

Awe….I just love this book. I love the song and think it is such a cute idea to have a children’s book to go along with it.

Busy Colors

Spin the wheel to learn as you play. Join this underwater exploration and meet many colourful friends. This special format encourages the development of fine motor skills and basic concepts, perfect for keep little hands busy.

This is so cute! Each page asks your child to spin the wheel and find something specific. It’s interactive and fun!

My Book of First Words

Learn lots of first words in this cute and colourful book. Big ideas for little learners.

I think this is my favorite book of the four. Each page has a different theme and a selection of “first words” to match the theme. It will be fun to read this with Baby Steven once he starts talking.

Lillypost Review December 2020 – Final Thoughts

Once again Lillypost has provided us with a great selection of books perfect for baby Steven. I love the mixture – something seasonal, something cute and fun, something interactive, and something educational. The only thing I would love to see for the year ahead is more seasonal books. Other than that, we just love our Lillypost subscription!
