Loti Wellness Box is a Canadian subscription box that offers practical skills and products to reduce stress and anxiety and improve your overall wellbeing. You will find in your box 5 to 8 quality wellness and lifestyle products to remind you to take the time for self-care in all different aspects of your life. Coming along, there is a workbook filled with therapeutic activities and guided materials related to the month’s theme.
Depending on your preference, you can receive a Loti Wellness Box every month or bi-monthly. The cost per box is $49.95 + $5.99 for shipping for Canadian and $7.99 to the contiguous US (the prices shown are in Canadian dollars). Every box has a retail value of approximately $85 or more, so it is totally worth it.
I love the look of Loti’s box. The blue is calming and the message on it is inspiring. We can see it a little bit everywhere we find the logo: “Be Kind, Be Bold, Be Glad, Live Loti”. I love to reuse these beautiful boxes to store my personal items or even for the kids’ toys.
This month’s Loti Wellness Box theme is “Energy conservation” and we learn more about how important it is to use your energy efficiently to be able to have productive days, without feeling exhausted. I received a workbook related to the theme and 5 items that are worth over $100! Loti Wellness Box kindly sent me this box for review, and I am pleased to share my thoughts on the carefully chosen items and the workbook I received.
Organic Southbrook Berry Blend from Pluck Tea
This blend will make a perfect Summer infusion! It is a blend of dried grape skins from Niagara’s Organic and Biodynamic Southbrook Vineyards, mixed with hibiscus and berries. Since there is no tea leaf in the mix, it is caffeine-free, and it can be infused hot or cold. I will gladly make myself a pitcher of this delicious herbal infusion. I found out about the company that it is known as a leading source for premium tea in Toronto, and provides signature infusions for leading restaurants, hotels, offices and retail partners from coast to coast in Canada. They are well known in the world of teas and proudly source their tea ingredients from Ethical Tea Partnership sources, local growers and artisan producers. I love that lots of their ingredients are from plants grown in our country.
Hammam Towel from CÉLA

Such a beauty! I love the print and the details from it. The hammam towel is sold for $50 itself and I am incredibly happy to receive such a quality product. I might not use it in a hammam soon, but it will be my new best friend at the beach. Vacations are right at the corner and this will make the perfect towel for my outings. Loti sent two of CÉLAS products in the June box and I liked them both a lot. I am happy to add their beautiful Hammam Towel to my home.
Natural Sunscreen SPF 30 from UniKa
Since I went to the beach, the day after I received my box, I found it was the perfect occasion to try this new sunscreen. Loved the texture, the application and the efficiency. Thanks to the clear zinc oxide, I did not look like a ghost since it did not leave any white film over my skin. UniKa is a Canadian cosmetics company created by a woman who wanted to create a unique and natural brand and a cosmetic line that is PABA-free, talc-free, boron nitride-free and made with the best ingredients out there. I hope to see more products from UniKa.
On the Go Cutlery Set from allBambu
Bamboo seems to be the way to go for reusable cutlery. I have seen sets like this before, but I never tried them. This useful set has a fork, a spoon, a knife that looks like it could cut steak, one large straw for the smoothies on the go (with a practical coconut fiber brush to clean it) and even two chopsticks for the sushi night. Everything fits easily in the pouch so you can bring it easily everywhere with you. There is even a carabiner at the back to hook on to your bag, backpack, or anything with a loop. I would love a mini version with only the fork, spoon and knife for my kids’ lunch.
Bamboo Straw Set + Straw Cleaner from allBambu
From the same company, I received this nice set of five bamboo straws with a brush. Since they come from a natural material, they do not look identical and I think that makes their beauty. I love this ecofriendly alternative for straws, I find bamboo to be a more pleasant material than stainless steel. Just a little downside, the cleaning brush is a little too big for some straws. I had a hard time getting it in and out of one.
Energy Conservation Workbook
Loti Wellness Box created another wonderful workbook filled with helpful information to make our life better. In the introduction, Loti makes a parallel with environmental sustainability and how important it is to conserve the Earth’s resources as well as our own energy. The eco-friendly and zero waste products received this month fits perfectly to this theme. The workbook gives strategies to maximize your physical and mental energy. I also love the parts about time and energy planning, how to set priorities and the section on stress management. Good read!
Loti Wellness Box August 2020 Review – Final Thoughts
I have never been disappointed with Loti Wellness Box and once again, this box is simply amazing. This month’s theme came at the right moment. I have been working from home for a few months now and as I was reading the workbook, I realized I did not make most of my days with energy conservation in mind. Another month, another chance to make my life even better. I liked every item, from the particularly useful bamboo utensils, the miracle sunscreen with clear Zinc Oxide in it and I LOVED the beautiful towel and tea. All perfect products that match the theme. Every month, Loti Wellness Box helps me grow mentally and supports my healthy lifestyle with self-care products perfectly picked. I can’t go without it!
