I am a huge jewelry fan and always sport necklaces and earrings. This month’s package was received late as they advised it would be shipping later this month and Canada Post misplaced it. Luckily my CP issues have since been resolved.
This mintMONGOOSE package was delivered in a blue bubble mailer and inside there was a product card and a white cardstock envelope wrapped with a ribbon and stamped with a wax seal with their mintMONGOOSE logo.
The product card talks about harmony, peace, and balance being the inspiration behind November’s set:
“Eight is the number of collective years my two kiddos have made me “Mom”. Eight is also symbolic for harmony, peace, and balance. While the real-life of a mom may not always seem to connect with those words, the opportunity of being there for these little humans gives me a truer understanding of this trio (harmony, peace, and balance), than I have ever known before knowing them. When you wear this set I hope you are empowered by the elegance and beauty of integrity as a characteristic and the balance we all must strive for in this life..”
I strive to live my life with integrity and find balance between all the hats I must wear: teacher, mother, sister, friend, daughter, volunteer…
Inside the envelope, the jewelry was packaged in teal tissue paper and there was a “thank you” business card with their social media channels listed on the other side.
Each jewelry piece was individually bubble-wrapped, in a small plastic bag and had a mintMONGOOSE tag attached. This is a nice touch if you wanted to give a piece to someone else.
This month I received a set of two necklaces and matching earrings in rose gold. Let’s take a look at the pieces:
These earrings are stunning and make a statement! They have a slight dangle. These earrings will be a unique addition to my wardrobe, or will make a spectacular gift. As always, they are versatile and can be dressed both up and down to suit any occasion.
This necklace has eight pieces that match the earrings. It is stunning and would really dress up a high-collared shirt or blouse. It has three adjustable lengths and could be worn on its own or with the necklace below.
This necklace was the spoiler piece released by mintMONGOOSE earlier in November. It contains pearls and the rose gold metal compliments it nicely. This pearl necklace is a nice tie-in to the other two pieces as it is a similar shape to the top of the other necklace and the same metal. I have been wearing this piece on its own as it is absolutely stunning and have received so many compliments. It also has three adjustable lengths but is quite shorter than the other necklace.
The November 2020 mintMONGOOSE package had three beautiful rose gold jewelry pieces that fit the “harmony, peace and balance” theme well. All three pieces could be worn together or separately, and would go well with many outfits. My favourite piece is the shorter pearl necklace and I am going to save the longer necklace to dress-up an outfit for an event once the world resumes. The value was not provided for each piece, but I would happily pay $15.99 for this set. The mintMONGOOSE subscription would be great for anyone who already loves jewelry or is looking to add to their collection without breaking the bank!
