Here’s a peek at the February Miss Musclebox…..

Custom Workout

I’m still getting to know Miss Musclebox and how it works but I’m pretty sure every box includes a custom workout. This month they have provided an upper body strength workout. There are 4 workouts in total – strengthen, build, tone and shred.

Apparel

Part of the Hypr essentials range, this oversized sweatshirt is perfect for those cold winter days – It’s sure to keep you warm!

This month’s clothing item is a cozy, oversized sweatshirt. I was quite excited when I saw the spoiler for this item because it’s not only super cute but it will be a comfy post-pregnancy workout top. Most of my exercise is done outside and it’s still quite cold where I live so this piece is absolutely perfect.

Here’s a peek at the bag the sweatshirt was packaged in. It’s re-sealable so I figured I could keep it in my car for baby emergencies – wet clothes, dirty shoes, etc…

One Protein Bar

This yummy seasonally flavoured protein bar has 20 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar. The flavour is iced gingerbread, which sounds ah-mazing.

Flap Jacked Soft Baked Cookie Bar

This soft baked cookie bar is chocolate peanut butter flavour. It has prebiotics and probiotics, 10 grams of protein and it is gluten-free.

One Plant Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar

Here we have a vegan protein bar, which makes me very excited. It is chocolate peanut butter flavour, has 12 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar.

Eat Me Guilt Free Brownie

Lastly we have a guilt-free brownie. It has 22 grams of protein, 6 grams of fat, it’s low carb and flourless.

Miss Musclebox Review February 2020 – Final Thoughts

The February Miss Musclebox brought with it an easy-to-follow upper body workout, a cozy oversized workout sweatshirt (perfect for my daily hikes) and some yummy protein bars. I maybe would have liked to see a small accessory but I really can’t complain because the box itself only costs $22.99 per month. An absolutely wonderful price point for a customized workout, clothing item and protein bars. I can’t wait to get back to my regular workout routine and put these items to use!
