MissionCute Review April 2017
MissionCute was started up out of a passion to give excellent gifts while at the same time supporting not-for-profit organizations. Each month, MissionCute works with a very special nonprofit to help promote their mission, raise awareness, and donate a portion of their monthly net proceeds from the MissionCute boxes and shop to their organization. They kindly sent us this box for review.
This is my second time reviewing MissionCute and I’m already in love with this box, the mission and it’s contents. This month’s Nonprofit Partner is Goats of Anarchy. Goats of Anarchy is a 501c3 Nonprofit organization based in New Jersey. The Mission of Goats of Anarchy is to rescue and rehabilitate baby goats with special needs. Handmade Happiness Tote
This tote is just so cute! Cloth totes are my go to for grocery shopping or when I need to take an item to a potluck dinner at a friend’s house. You really can’t have enough of these in your house.
Grapefruit & Calendula Soap Bar
This soap smells good enough to eat! It’s already unwrapped and in my bathroom ready for use.
Kindness 5×7 Graphic Print
Graphic cards like this are so cute! I really like keeping a quote posted somewhere I can see it each day. It’s nice to have a couple to choose from so you can stay encouraged with a positive mind-set each morning. The colours of this one are perfect for my bathroom as well.
#Shopping List Pad
You can never have enough note pads! I am a list maker for sure! I’m one of those people who puts something on the list I’ve already done just so I can have the satisfaction of crossing it off. You too? Perfect, let’s high-five over that.
Druzy Bar Necklace
Love! Love love. This is so pretty and exactly my style. Love long hanging pendants. I’m not a big sparkle girl, but I do like a little glamor and this is just sparkly enough to catch a bit of light without feeling like your blinding people. The colour is so deep and pretty. Can’t wait to wear this one.
MissionCute April 2017 – Final Thoughts
I really like this box. It feels so simple, yet a lot of thought and purpose goes into it. It’s wonderful when a company makes their purpose about supporting others and raising awareness. I do have to say, I wasn’t a huge fan of this month’s nonprofit. There are so many people who could use a helping hand. I get it, goats need love too, but I just didn’t find I connected as much with Goats of Anarchy as say the next person. The items themselves are all really pretty and I loved each one! I consider the items in this box more as a “Thank-You” for supporting nonprofits than themed or purposed for my own pleasure. I think that’s why I really like MissionCute. Each box is a simple and well thought out, thank you!
