myteabox.ca is a monthly subscription for tea lovers. Your monthly box contains everything you need for a delightful tea experience (well, almost everything, you supply the cup, hot water, and sighs of felicity). They kindly sent us this box for review.
When I think of tea I think of warmth, comfort, good books, visits with friends, early mornings or cozy afternoons. Tea represents so many things – so many wonderful things. If you are a tea drinker then you know what I mean. It’s one of life’s simple pleasures and one that I plan on taking advantage of much more often going forward. This is where myteabox.ca comes in. I need a monthly reminder to enjoy the little things, slow down and enjoy a good cup of tea every so often. This makes me VERY excited for my first delivery from myteabox.ca. Let’s see what I received…..

Heart-Shaped Steeper
This gorgeous little steeper is included in your first box. It’s a wonderful gift for new subscribers and a must-have for tea drinkers. I like to have a few steepers on hand. One for myself and 2 or 3 for guests.
Strawberry Steeper
This adorable strawberry shaped steeper is a bonus item for the June box.
Springberry
We wanted to send the perfect fruit blend to go with your strawberry steeper this month, and this is it! It’s so fun. With vivid berry flavour and color, a celebration of warmer weather and new life. Enjoy it hot, or iced, with a sprig of mint, or even frozen into popsicles.
Fruit flavoured tea is perfect for Summer. This one includes the following:
- hibiscus petals, apple pieces, elderberries, banana pieces, rosehip pieces, strawberry pieces, and natural flavours.
I don’t think I have ever had a tea that included banana pieces. It’s sounds so good! At first I was thinking of trying this one iced but I actually think it will be better hot.
Chocolate Mint Elegance
If you’re a fan of black tea, or a fan of mint, or a fan of not-too-sweet desserts, we’re going to guess you’ll be a fan of this tea. It’s subtle, and classy. Not overstated, but keeps you coming back for one more sip.
I already know this will be my favorite of the three. I love mint and I love chocolate! It’s a black tea that includes blackberry leaves, peppermint leave and natural flavors. I would love to enjoy it before bed but it has a medium caffeine level so it might be more of an early afternoon tea. Maybe to be enjoyed after lunch?
Peach Apricot White
Delicate but juicy, airy but scrumptious, lavish but grounded…..this tea delivers an experience that is pleasingly balanced. It goes well with contemplations that life is a harmony, with both highs and lows, a symphony of breath.
This one is described as juicy, light and balanced. It includes white tea, peach pieces and natural flavours. This is one that I will definitely be enjoying over ice. It makes me think of an afternoon spent on the porch with one of my favorite books.
myteabox.ca Review June 2020 – Final Thoughts
This is my first time receiving myteabox.ca and I am absolutely in love. What a perfect little box. From the packaging to the product card, the tea selection and the bonus item….it was a pleasure to unbox. Tea is something I truly look forward to, so a tea subscription makes perfect sense. It’s a monthly reminder to make time for myself, and it’s the perfect way to test out new tea flavors. So far I am a huge fan!
