December Box Details
“We loved chatting with Herbal Dynamics Beauty’s passionate team and how their founder, Moe Kittaneh, grew his brand from a simple 5-product lineup to the thriving success it now is. Read the in depth interview here: nourishbeautybox.com/blogs/article”
I have never heard of this featured brand so it was nice to learn more about them and find out more about their product range from the featured interview. It seems like they have a wide range of items that look interesting to check out!
Here’s a look at what was in this month’s Nourish Beauty Box ($101 Total Value):
Seraphine Botanicals Quince + Crimson ($24)
“A long-lasting lip & cheek crayon with a velvety, semi-matte finish. Infused with quince extract and argan oil to give skin a healthy vitamin boost and the ultimate hydration.”
This is such a pretty lip color – the perfect cool-hued red! I like pencil lip products because they are so easy to apply precisely. This says it can be a cheek color too, although I think the pencil tip makes that a little more challenging so I’d probably mostly use this for a lip color.
Fork & Melon Fine Cleansing Wash For Body & Hands ($15)
“A luxurious formula made with quality, sustainable & carefully considered ingredients. This luxurious cleanser includes watermelon seed oil imported from France that has detoxifying, moisturizing and clarifying benefits.”
This brand was featured recently in this box with their lotion so it’s fun to get another product from their line. I love that this is a multi-use item. I would likely use it as a hand wash as I don’t generally use body washes. Though it smells really nice (a light soft citrus scent) that would be a nice addition to a shower.
Lēnus No.91 Marula Face Oil Serum ($34)
“A lightweight, luxurious, regenerative blend of rare oils selected for their extraordinary anti-aging properties. This exotic botanical oil blend provides a nutrient-rich boost to your healthy skin routine.”
This brand has also been featured before and the products included have been favorites so it’s fun to find another of of their items this month. This serum smells so lovely (like all of their products do!) – it’s a little bit warm floral and a little bit cool herbal, made with frankincense, neroli, cypress and chamomile essential oils. This says it’s a hydrating serum for all face types so it’s perfect for the dry winter months ahead.
Herbal Dynamics Beauty Revitage Antioxidant Transforming Night Cream ($28)
“Infused with powerful antioxidants and high performance hydrating ingredients like squalane to minimize those stubborn fine lines as well as help brighten skin.”
This is the featured brand’s product and it looks really interesting! I’m a fan of squalane for skincare and that’s one of the highlighted ingredients so it makes it even better. I like the hydrating benefits of it so when this product includes it along with other hydrators, it’s bound to be nourishing for skin. I like that this is a night time cream so that it doesn’t compete with the serum that’s also included in this month’s box that could be worn in the daytime.
Nourish Beauty Box Review December 2020 – Final Thoughts
As usual, the variety and selection in Nourish Beauty Box are on point. There always seems to be at least one skincare item in this box so it’s nice when items like makeup or body care are included so you don’t get completely overloaded with items you can’t use up. The items all seem so wonderful for tending to winter skin and the lip crayon would help make a fun holiday glam look so everything feels just right for the season we’re in. It’s nice that this month’s box included some familiar brands, but also ensured that there was a new featured brand too. I had never heard of it and am intrigued to look further into their line of products. I like how I can always count on discovering a new brand each month in this box – it makes it exciting and fun!
