“Let’s pick up where we left off with Ahlam Abbas, the creator behind Dirty Lamb. If you haven’t heard about this resilient entrepreneur, check out her previous interview with us on how she started and grew this skin-focused brand : READ IT AT : nourishbeautybox.com/blogs/article”

It’s fun that they’ve done sort-of a re-feature on one of the featured brands they’ve highlighted before. I like reading the update on where the brand has come from the last review and especially found it interesting to get a perspective on being a small business during the pandemic. I love the brand interviews that they do each month and I love the highlighted products too!

Here’s a look at what was in this month’s Nourish Beauty Box ($102 Total Value):

Nourish Naturals Lucid Glow In “Nearly Nude” ($16)

“A luminizing lip treatment made with pearlescent micro shimmers in a nourishing vegan base of sunflower, apricot, avocado and jojoba oils to impart a healthy tinted gleam to lips.”

This is a useful and pretty lipgloss. It looks bright pink in the tube, but it’s definitely a sheer gloss, no color really at all. It does have some shimmer, but not too much, just enough to make the gloss pop. I haven’t really been wearing glosses that much lately, but it’s certainly a good one to have just in case.

Dirty Lamb Ultra Day Serum ($44)

“Brightens up your day and skin with a powerful blend of fast absorbing, naturally derived oils. Rice bran oil will keep your skin hydrated throughout the day.”

This sounds like a lovely serum for brightening up the skin. I love that it’’s made with super simple and straightforward ingredients that sounds like they’d be good for all skin types. It smells really nice too, like a bright herbal scent. I have the night serum from this brand so this is the perfect pairing for trying together!

28 Litsea Wild Citrus Body Oil ($22)

“Beautifully blended with nourishing oils of meadowfoam, baobab and vegan squalane. These fast absorbing oils moisturize and replenish the skin.”

I have been wanting to try this brand and specifically saw a recommendation for this body oil so this is such a great surprise! I love body oils and will be using this one a lot, and not just because it’s lightweight, easy to apply and absorbs really well, but also because it smells amazing! I’m not sure what the essential oil blend is exactly, but it smells a little like citrus and vanilla. So good!

Lué By Jean Seo Fade Scar Reducer ($20)

“Treats dark spots and discoloration to diminish the effects of scars, acne, sun damage and aging.”

This is great! I had actually been on the hunt for a product like this for fading scars that was all natural and now I need not look further. It’s a super lightweight serum with almost a water-like consistency. I like that it has an applicator wand to make applying to scars easy. I can’t wait to see if this produces results.

Nourish Beauty Box Review February 2021 – Final Thoughts

It’s my favorite when subscription boxes send items that I had already been wanting to try or was in need of so this month’s Nourish Beauty Box is great! It’s like they read my mind or something and delivered a personalized box of goodies. Love it! I can’t wait to dig in and try everything out. So far this year’s boxes have been SO good. I can’t wait to see what next month brings now!
