Ohana Beach Box Review August 2024

I reviewed The Ohana Beach Box earlier this year and it was such a hit that I’ve been dying to bring it back for another review!  This is a gorgeous monthly subscription for beach lovers. Ohana Beach Box delivers beachy-themed products every month including items like jewelry, accessories, bath & body products, and more. If you love the beach, this might be your new favorite box!

Ohana Beach Box Subscription Details

Ohana Beach Box is a monthly subscription box, delivering the beach to your doorstep each month.

Each box is themed and includes 5 or more beachy items to go with the theme, such as jewelry, accessories, bath & body products, home decor, and more. Each box has a $65+ value.

They have several different subscription options available:

• Month to month
• 3-months pre-paid
• 6-months pre-paid
• 12-months pre-paid

Some of the pre-paid terms do include a cost savings.  Boxes ship between the 20th-25th of the month.  They also have a t-shirt subscription add-on.

Unboxing the August 2024 Ohana Beach Box

This might have been the most deliciously scented box I’ve ever received.  Seriously, I could immediately smell it when I pulled it out of my mailbox – in the very best way! The August Ohana Beach Box was themed “Plumeria Garden” and that must be why! Here’s a closer look at what we received…

Plumeria Clay Earrings: Intricately detailed and handmade, I can imagine these would be so pretty with a flowy dress on a beach vaca!

Plumeria Claw Clip: I loved this pretty floral claw clip! It’s the perfect size too. The pink color palette was definitely calling my name. I know this hair clip will get a lot of great use.

Plumeria Body Scrub: This emulsified sugar scrub from Glow Body and Soul was a fun find!  It’s bright pink, and made of very granular sugar to slough away dead skin cells and brighten skin. I always exfoliate prior to shaving and this one makes a great pre-shave scrub!  But it can be used all over the body too for extra soft skin.  Of course, it smells amazing too!

Plumeria Mist: Ok THIS is what is making the box smell so incredible!! This Plumeria Nectar mist from Aloha Aina (previously Maui Soap Co) smells out of this world phenomenal! I’m going to use this mist on everything. I’m a big fan of Maui Soap Co in general – all of their mists, soaps, lotions, candles everything smells absolutely amazing. So I’m not surprised by this one. Body mists are great to use right after the shower when your skin is still slightly damp.  But it can also be used like perfume.

Plumeria Wooden Hanging: This is one of my favorite pieces in this box!  It’s a gorgeous handcrafted piece that includes wooden plumeria flowers, beach wood, and faux stones to give it the ultimate island vibe. Hanging this near the pool will definitely set the tone for beachy fun.  Loved it!

Ohana Beach Box August 2024 – Final Thoughts

Another great unboxing for Ohana Beach Box!  I love the way they curate unique treasures that are so on-theme for beach lovers. You never know what you’re going to get, but the box always delivers a smile. I also really enjoyed the Plumeria theme, that’s not something you see every day, and it was really fun for all the senses.  I’m telling you, the box smelled so good from the moment I pulled it out of my mailbox!  Talk about anticipation.

I’ve said this before but I really believe the Ohana Beach Box would make a great gift for anyone who loves the beach, and who appreciates handmade products.  If that’s you, treat yourself! I’m sure you’ll fall in love with this sweet box as much as I have.
